This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s I have ever stepped foot in — and that’s saying something. I live five minutes away and I would genuinely rather drive across town than deal with this location ever again.nnThey mess up my order every single time. Not occasionally. Not sometimes. Every. Single. Time. Missing items, completely wrong burgers, stone-cold fries, drinks made incorrectly, sloppy packaging — it’s like accuracy and basic competence are optional here.nnWhat’s worse is the consistency. You’d think statistically they’d get it right at least once. Nope. Somehow they manage to outdo themselves in disappointment every visit. I keep giving them another chance thinking it can’t possibly be as bad as last time — and somehow it always is.nnThe food looks thrown together with zero care. The quality is terrible. The service feels rushed and indifferent. There’s absolutely no pride in anything coming out of that kitchen. It genuinely feels like no one working there cares whether customers leave happy or frustrated.nnAt this point, going here feels like volunteering to be disappointed. Do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else. Every other Maccas I’ve been to manages the bare minimum — this one can’t even manage that.nnIt honestly shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple fast-food order right. Embarrassing.
We ordered a wrap for $14, but the potato hash brown inside was very hard. I reported this to the staff and they did exchange it, however the replacement also looked and tasted like an old possibly yesterday’s hash brown.nnI also noticed that they were trying to use up all the hash browns left in the container. Preparation took quite a long time, and overall the customer service was not great.nnSorry team, but the service and food quality were disappointing on this visit.
Food - Chips came fresh with extra salt as we'd ordered. Its so rare that they actually cater to this request.nnService- we ordered late at night, but despite the time the worker at the drive thru window was so pleasantnnAtmosphere - its maccas. Never anything special.
I got a large double quater pounder meal for dinner yesterday and it was the neatest mcdonalds burger i have ever had. the chips were perfectly salted and filled to the brim. the only negative is the sundaes were sold out,
They have very friendly and responsible staff. Once I forgot my phone on the table and didn't realize it for about half an hour. When I went back to look for it, I found that the staff had already collected it and put it in a safe place. This touched me deeply, they are a lovely and trustworthy group of people.
