They had actual spew on the ground, the manager refused to clean it, and so did the workers, there was rubbish everywhere, no clean tables, a chair was broken in the playground with open screws exposed.nThe manager is the rudest person you’d meet, I’ve never been to a dirtier McDonald’s. They really need a proper OHS review, the food station that they prepare your food on is filthy. Some of the workers don’t even wear gloves while touching your food.
I went through drive through and I’m ashamed! First of all with my happy meal i didn’t get the toy I wanted! Second of all i got no straws with my drink. Third of all my order was given the wrong frozen coke and no small chips. DONT GO HERE! I’d get better service from children
My sister and I occasionally get from this mcdonalds, the service is normally very meh, but this time we had the best service we've ever experienced. Had no troubles through the drive through, then the lady at the pay window was absolutely beautiful, calm, gave a receipt, and said the change aloud. Then as we were moving to the pick up window they had our orders ready immediately. My sister and I laughed expressing our shock, making the employee laugh as well.nP.S the burgers looked presentable
The coffees were hot and well made. The food was great and well put together. But the customer service was excellent. A young boy dropped his drink and it was replaced by the manager. The boy was relieved and happy. When I offered to pay the manager refused. Thanks for making a young boy happy.
Ordered lunch for myself and my kids on uber eats, they gave the driver less than half of my order to deliver. Absolutely disgraceful service, they also don't answer the phone so I couldn't even call to find out what happened or if I could come and pick up the rest of it to quiet my screaming children. Thanks a lot, not.
