I wish, as a local, that this wasn't my local Avondale Heights McDonald's. For years, I mean years, they near always get the order wrong or are missing items.nOn top of this, in drive through, they are now moving cars slightly up from the window if they want you to wait to a yellow bollard, but it's only slightly up from the window, so it's not like they can then serve the car behind you as shown in the picture, but you do move far enough Infront that you are no longer under cover and have the sun blazing on you as you wait. This is dumb and uncomfortable, and shows whoever is managing this joint needs a reality check.nnHonestly one of the worse run McDonald's. Keilor Park is much better than this one.
This is the 4th time at night shift some Asian looking girl gave me the cold fries and with lot of salt, I ordered without salt but she is just lazy to cook maybe new ones, if she don’t want to cook new ones or feel lazy then she should stay in home and don’t work. I can’t eat very salty things because of blood pressure issues but those people just don’t want to follow the instructions.
We had a complicated order, changing things, across the board for 4 people. Today, the drive through order taker was easily the best I have ever had. Patient with my complicated order, checked it with us and then after only one time asking for it it was all correct.nnI asked and tried to tell the staff in the windows payment and giving us the food for our order to say thanks. They also told me it was the manager who took our order.nnWell done, you did amazing!!

Exemplary McDonalds -- 24-hours, easy access at least in the early hours. Very fast, perfect execution, computer systems seem well looked after many Maccas have a few issues with the app lately, it's something tied to McCafe that needs to be fixed by the specific store -- this is one of the only ones that have fixed this and it makes it so much easier to do my order.
