I've been going through drive-through all the time. Decided to sit down with the kids to eat. I regret doing this. It was disgusting. Rubbish everywhere, a juice bottle looking like there was urine in it. I asked the employee to have it removed, but they said they were too busy.nThis is not right. This MacDonalds needs a full management change and staff retrain. Disaster waiting to happen. Also, to point out, my husband sat on a broken chair and brought it to the attention of the manager who acknowledged the chair and put it in the corner for an injury to occur.
Ordered on Uber eats and firstly it came without any sort of bag. Secondly I got none of the sauces I paid for and then my burger modifications weren’t done. I asked for no cheese and it was added, I have an allergy and cannot eat cheese. The chips were cold and just not a good experience. To top it off Uber won’t let me refund it.
Staff lacking in training and poor hygiene provided subpar service. The only area that was cleaned was the bathroom and The establishment was unsanitary. I endured a waiting period of at least three to ten minutes, or even longer. and I only got two items.
Big improvement in the past 6 months!nMy family is big on the breakfast menu but not so much the lunch. Since a year ago, this store has really improved, which is a big yay because they were really not doing well for a long while.nFood quality and the accuracy with burger modifications has been much better, so we're ordering food more often again. Still a few issues with getting no onions on our cheeseburgers every now and again though.nDue to some of the local youths, the cleanliness can be a little difficult to uphold at times but otherwise, it's definitely worth a return visit.
Not going to be using this store anymore so I ordered lunch hubby brought it home supposed to be a medium quarter pounder meal the chips there's about 10 for a medium then the burger was missing onion and the pickle the bread was hard and dry I called the store to be told we have none left I said well surely you make customers aware of this she said sign will go up now I then said that doesn't excuse the chips hubby's just been up and they have no burgers no chicken no hashbrowns no apple pies no icecream tables are all dirty staff are stood around doing nothing yet they are open absolute disgrace hope richlands is better please do not go here this was the supposedly medium fries I got
