Riley the manager wouldn't acknowledge me let alone serve me. It was Sunday afternoon and I was the only customer in store. After standing at counter in pain for an excessive amount of time I called out to her to serve me. She rolled her eyes took my 1.50 for 3 soft serves and then proceeded to serve the drive thru and ignore me for another excessive amount of time. Finally a young red head kid served me but only 2 soft serves. He then.proceeded to argue with me that I didn't order 3. Meanwhile his silent manager watches on. I finally get the 3rd and guess what. Still wrong. Wrong flavour. Then the manager and two staff proceeded to laugh. never returning.
What’s the point in telling the staff your order when 8/10 times it’s wrong. There shouldn’t even be a selection to choose from because they can’t get it right anyway.nIronically whenever you purchase an expensive burger they tend to give you one half the price. Not hard to look at the screen and distinguish the difference between a beef burger and a chicken burger. They are never busy and can never seem to get the order right. My blind and deaf grandmother would do a better job
Absolutely joke of a place. Went to get dinner after I took My Son to the hospital. It was about 2 am and they claimed that they were closed. Apparently they’re not 24hrs they might need to change their signs
I don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order right. Always forgets my sweet n sour sauce even when I order a stack of them, multiple times forgetting hotcakes syrup. Even have given me only two pancakes instead of three. Frappes are never available. Go to Doolandella, they are a little more switched on. Frustrating that you always have to check your bags before driving off and the times you don’t you regret it.
