Completely Disappointing. I don't know if it's management saving pennies or an employee with a bad prescription but over the last 3 weeks I've been consistently short-changed on the food at this joint. Missing cheese in the double quarterpictured, missing a pancake in the 3 hotcakes order and chips only begin filled to a volume of a small. It's made more unfortunate as once I make it home to enjoy the meal and realise this, it is far too late and too much fuel to justify trying to correct this. Definitely gone downhill as of recent
I bought a smart meal with a cheeseburger and chicken royal with large fries and 4 soft serves. We waited 15 mins in the drive through, we were then asked to move to the waiting bay, then continued to wait another 15 mins. The icecreams were totally melted dripping down the sides all over everything, the cheeseburger patty was burnt black and the texture was like rubber, and the large fries we ordered had the same amount of chips as the small fried from the smart meal. Worst store in Australia hands down, and this will be the last time we will ever visit McDonald's. You guys are a joke.
I'm sure we have all enjoyed McDonald's around the world. Here you get to find the only McDonald's in the world that asks you to wait at the stop sign not a parking bay to reset their waiting counter, even if not one car in line. We live close and partake of the deals. Consistent cold fries, long wait times.Newest was waiting 15 mins while they gave our food to another car, never flagged us down, had to wait 15 more mins for new food, told to call a manager to rectify- we did so twice. No one picked up or called back. Not sure what happens here.
Slowest drive through we have ever been to. There was only a small line and every singe car seemed to take 5 minutes to get anywhere. Staff walked out to our parked car at a glacial pace. Cheeseburgers were BOTH missing pickles.
The lady at the drive-through in a managers uniform was extremely rude. She parked a car at the stop sign served another car gave me my food and we were still stuck in the drive-through.nnWhen I asked if she could ask Car to move, she said I told them to park there get over it shove my drink at me.nnSo they didn’t have to walk as far. They trapped three other customers in the drive-through waiting on the first customers meal.nnI said that it wouldn’t be very safe. It would be dangerous and against health and safety and she gave me a mouthful.nnDefinitely not somebody I would want running my asset. She seems to have a bad attitude.nnAnd is leading her staff against the normal procedures of what I would assume is an establishment like that would have a standard.nnI will never be going back to that one. I was on my way to an appointment and was trapped longer than I thought I would have to be.
