I have been to lots of McDonald here and UK and USA and could always rely in getting a good cup of coffee, except today. Ordered medium vanilla latte lactose free, got a cup of milk. My husband can't understand why they can't get the fish pattie in the middle if the roll always hanging half way out the side, guess it makes the container look fuller. Oh and no more pickles on big Mac? I don't eat it but hubby loves that he gets the extra of my burger.
We get maccas rarely because it’s always a hit and miss and to be honest just takes yuck most the time now….BUT when you are constantly getting meals that taste like cleaning products or buy meals with missing things it’s starts to get a bit of a joke. Maccas Logan Village has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with any maccas store.n$17 for a medium Big Mac meal all because it advertised a damn cookie with it inside a box.nGo look in the box and surprise surprise no pathetic cookie. When parents come through a drive thru it’s for a reason, wasn’t parking leaving a car load of kids unattended just to ask for a COOKIE!!!! missing from a $17 meal!!!!!!!!!!!!nStop taking orders if you can’t get shit right.nIf it’s not watery thick shakes or concrete stale tasting nuggets it’s missing parts of the meals.
I made an order through McDonald's app to deliver an order worth $67.96, The delivery driver delivered the order and there were items missing , I called McDonald's and told them the item was missing and they told me I have to call doordash , once I did I had an Indian person answering the phone and claimed that I only paid $58 dollars for my order and I did not order the item that was missing . I went to looked banking app to see how much I paid and indeed I paid $67.96, I then called McDonald's again and they told me there is nothing I can do but call doordash and sort it out with them. He did not even want to confirm what was.on my order , he did not even want to ask if the missing item was put with my order this is beyond ridiculous and I think it's time that we all stop going to McDonald's because that's the only way they will pull their head out of their ass.
If I could give 0 stars I would. How hard is it to look in the bag before you hand it to a customer and check you have the whole order. I’m sick of getting home and something is missing . I tried to ring them they don’t answer the phone . If I took something from them without paying that’s stealing. What is the difference when they don’t give me what I paid for. I’m going to start reporting them to the police. Fed up McDonalds
It's never really great here, the staff are usually pretty friendly but the place is always so dirty. ordered through drive through first tried calling the store first to let them know that they had missed some of our order, no answer after about 5 tries so went back down there. When I walked inside, the place was an absolute mess and smelt foul. The bin right near the entrance was left open and rubbish all over the floor. The manager was complaining about who ever was trying to ring, which wasn't great, because it was me still trying to call while I was in store. I told them it was me once I got to the counter and the manager told someone else to help me. They were pretty busy to be fair. The staff member that helped me was very nice and sorted out the missing food right away. This visit will honestly make me think twice before going there again, I'd probably drive the 30 min round trip to another McDonald's instead of going to this one which is right across the road from the estate where we live.
