Extremely long wait only to arrive home and find the order was incomplete. This is the 3rd time this has happened. So frustrating especially considering we live out of time and don’t have the luxury of returning to replace the product on the same day. Worse still the order was a simple nuggets meal deal with a chicken n cheese. How the heck do you forget to put large chips in a simple order like that!!!
Got a donut with the entire bottom covered in mould, couldn't even see the donut, didn't notice til the mould til I finished a quarter of the donut because the top and sides looked perfectly fine, this was a year ago
Most chockablock busiest maccas I’ve ever been to wow
Food was cold when we finally received our ordered in store after a 20 min wait, hash brown missing from order. Took a chance and ordered 2 sundaes to go this time a 25 min wait. When we enquired where our sundaes were the young staff member apologised for the wait and went to make them but was yelled at by the manager. The staff member had to tell him we had been waiting 25 mins for the manager to allow him to make our order There was at leased 10 staff members working plus the manager. Manager definitely needs training on how to designate his staff. No staff at front of house to fill orders by customer that actually make the effort to come in. All priority goes into Uber eats and drive through. Worst Macdonalds I’ve ever been too
Workers simply don’t use their brains. I’m 14 and I’m pretty sure I could do a better job than most the adults there. I’ve never worked in fast food
