We went to the McDonalds so my son could have some nuggets but more to play in the playground.nnThe playground is really good - it is indoor and is a good size.nnThe issue we had was the toilets are closed - apparently the toilets have been completely out of order for months - there is no sign and the door is just locked.nnI asked the staff how to access the toilets and she said they were out of order and locked….the young girl didn’t seem concerned or apologetic - she didn’t really make eye contact or look up…nnThe decline in customer service has been really notable - mostly since the ordering stations were installed in fast food restaurants and the self check out in supermarkets…..

I use this maccas as its close to home and everytime we are not given our fill order. We never receive sauce that has been requested and paid for and the chips are never filled properly. They make you wait in the waiting bay when there is no-one else in the drive through. Its absolutely appalling and management need to pull up and better there staff. Happy to talk to client services and provide photo evidence.

This is the sauce i got after paying for extra sauce. So disappointing. Need to open and check each item before leaving maccas next time.

Paid like $7 for a matcha and this is what I got. Pretty sure it was the manager that handed this to us as well. McDonald’s has turned to absolute crap and they don’t give a damn about their customers.

I recently ordered a McChicken burger from them and I was so disappointed after seeing it. It was not even a complete burger, it didn’t had the bun, just a patty and some lettuce, no sauce, nothing. Is this what we pay for ? I am so disappointed, never going to order again from them, such a waste of money..!!
