Absolutely disgusting place to eat. I would avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Food is crap, takes forever for food to come out. Place is disgusting, another person complained about the cleanliness and the staff didn’t care. All dirty tables. Where they place the take away food was full of grime. Behind the counter was even worse where they cook. They took the cooked chips and put them back in the oil to fry. There is a lot more than what the photos show, I hope the food inspectors come out to do a surprise visit to this place. Looking at the bad views they need a change of management.
Never Uber from this restaurant, order comes and is always missing items. Tonight I ordered a dinner meal for 4 and I’m missing 2 fries, nuggets, and 2 burgers. Come on, if I was missing one fries it’ll be fine, but to miss majority of the meal is unacceptable
Even though the place was busy, I believe a 20 minute wait for an order is far too long. Especially when I paid $50 for lunch 2 x happy meals and 2 medium meals + fillet of fish. I could see other customers becoming frustrated with the lack of service. There was no staff to take orders, we had to use the self service screen, we also opted for table service. Our food finally arrived, in bags like a takeaway order.nI then had to go to the counter to get serviettes. I had to wait for a staff member to acknowledge me another wait. What is it with McDonald's and serviettes? every bloody time, I have to ask for serviettes. I usually go to the Emerton McDonald's drive through for coffee and breakfast and they never put serviettes in the bag. I know Emerton McDonald's has the unique privilege of being the worst McDonald's in Australia confirmed, but my experience at Eastern Creek Quarter McDonald's makes me think that there is not a between the worst and the rest. Also, the only bin I could find was overflowing and the swing door on it is so heavy that it pushed most of the rubbish back out.nI was going to write this review whilst I was in the restaurant but the place is a phone Blackspot, at least for Telstra.nWe only went there because my two boys 3 & 5 really wanted happy meals for lunch, after we all got haircuts. What was intended to be a positive childhood experience for them, and also my wife and I turned out to be very ordinary. I don't think my boys will have that childhood association that McDonald's relies on.nThe atmosphere of the dinning area is very bleak. Very much like a prison meal room from what I've seen on TV.nThere are better options available, cleaner, cheaper, friendlier, healthier.nIt's sad to see such a wonderful franchise fall so low.
My mum and I did the breakfast thing here. Staff in the kitchen area and a flock of order taking machines before the main counter.nnMade my order with a new employee and the crew trainer, she didn't do a bad job - but listening skills were quite bad from both of them.nnI ordered for my mum a muffin with a fried egg and a latte with almond milk, I had a double sausage and egg mc muffin meal with a regular latte, i wanted an australiano but the female trainer said they didn't have the powder for that drink, I had a regular latte.nnFood came very quickly and drinks were bought to the table one minute later... Food was regular to normal maccas food.nnI guess a trip back to eastern creek would be on the cards, but rushing back maybe awhile, than try again...nnCost us 20 dollars and a little more.nnI've been back recently and feel that if they have a special feature drink, pie they never have the promotional item available they are advertising everywhere.nnIf you like my review, than click on the blue hand and help me to do more awesome reviews...
absolutely horrendous service.nmajority of the staff i interacted with were very clearly stoned. watching the guy make the burgers he was moving as slow as a sloth.nnWe went through drive through and ordered 3 banana caramel pies. she told us it’d be a 6 minute wait so we went to the waiting bay. after 15 mins we go in and ask about the pies. where one of the workers says to the other “i told them it’d be 6 minutes.”…..nit had been FIFTEEN minutes.nnnot sure if she was high or just genuinely stupid.nnWe then got given the pies, however they were apple pies. we went back in and then waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged.nnThe same stupid worker made a sly remark after we had turned around to leave, saying “what did they want now”nnabsolutely atrocious.nThe rude worker looked a lot like this famous tiktoker THIS IS NOT A PHOTO OF THE WORKER, ONLY SOMEONE THAT LOOKS SIMILAR
