Absolutely pathetic! Waited over 25 minutes for a small portion of food and what did we get in return? Cold food. On top of that, it looked like they hadn’t emptied their bins in 2 weeks as there were empty bags piled like Jenga on top of the bins. Underneath our chairs was a rat trap so clearly they have a cleanliness problem. Staff also looked like they did not want to be there as they were constantly checking their phones and talking to one another when they should’ve been making food.
Not the best experience today.... Personally i expect all Maccas to operate the same and be consistent. Unfortunately Ive been to this one and its been consistently bad. Straight up the order was wrong and I was missing several items. The Angus burger was very poor excuse for a burger.... it definitely came off a very dirty grill! And the service was absolutely abysmal.... look, I understand what it's like to work in the service industry but just don't be rude to the customers! ESPECIALLY when it was YOU who got the order wrong!
Got my wife to grab me 4 x Hamburgers at around 930pm. Now, Hamburgers only have two vegetables on them,onion,and pickles. THESE HAD NEITHER!! ALL FOUR,AS PICTURED,AND NOT the first time.
Lovely staff always friendly, but... They used to be ok at food and coffee but now, it's gone really down hill. My favourite was a large hazelnut cappuccino extra hot, but what I got was a Luke warm milk with a dash of powdered chocolate... It's just not viable in this cost of living crisis to risk buying a coffee that you HOPE is good...
Absolutely appalling, two staff wanted to have an argument with eachother out loud so customers could hear and then proceeded to take it out on the customers that wanted to order at the counter. As a hospitality manager, get better staff or do a tool box meeting because that’s disgusting behaviour
