Macdonalds is always a good choice for treat, especially for fries or a classic burger that brings back childhood memories.nHowever, after receiving my burger I was disappointed at the presentation and organisation of its ingredients. Seriously, it was like the burger was ‘slopped’ in the box. I didn’t even want to eat it. I went to take a bite only to find that I couldn’t grasp it without my hands being slobbered with mayonnaise. It was very difficult. Finally, when I bit into the burger I couldn’t taste all of the flavours that the burger was supposed to have. My burger was the angus beef. I don’t think I want to buy here anymore, because this keeps happening. I believe there is a much needed attitude change to take some pride when preparing this food, as it’s not enjoyable. Frankly speaking MacDonalds staff ‘If you wouldn’t eat it, don’t serve it!’nThe service time was good, however not so friendly, and I prefer to wait a little longer for a better burger. My burger meat was also old. It had gone dry. I don’t want to spend over $20 at this branch again if the staff cannot serve their customers the way they would like to be served.nnI really hope this feedback makes a difference.nnI went back the next evening and I got a much better burger. However, I will not change my review until I see the evidence of habitual change. Especially for the weekends. Families come on the weekend with their kids and they should be given orders that was just as good as mine this evening.nnYour service should NEVER be compromised!

Another priceless moment at Mcdonalds Cremorne NSW.  Got home with burger and they forgot the top part of the bun.  When you go back to complain you get abuse from the two male managers.  Its like winning the lottery if you actually get the right order.

I’m an international student working Uber eats part time. I was waiting at the driver waiting area for my order which took decades to come as usual from this store.nnThere were a couple other Australian boys sitting at the driver waiting area, none said nothing to them. As soon as they left, I just sat there since it was taking way too long for the order to come.nnThe guy manager who’s in the picture comes with the order and says can you get up and stop sitting there. That place is not for you Uber drivers to sit and I asked him straight away where were you when the boys were sitting all this time. He had no response and just covers his rasict behaviour saying oh I didn’t see any sitting here.nnHad multiple such experiences here at Mosman McDonald’s. happy to never serve these people and their orders. Disgusting and not ethical.

Ordered a chocolate sundae, while getting to the bottom, discovered that I was chewing on a plastic ring band. When I went back through to bring it to their attention, they said it was because they are doing renovations and just have come out of the machine and only offered a new sundae, which I refused.nWill never return. Used to be a great McDonald’s, but since the current renovation And staff changes which is obvious it has become a terrible McDonald’s with wrong orders, rude and inattentive staff members and now this.nDo not recommend!

I had a great time in Sydney, Australia. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting Mc Donald, a famous restaurant chain that serves delicious burgers, fries and shakes. I ordered a Big Mac, a large fries and a chocolate shake. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the music.
