I didn't want to give a bad review. However, three people who ordered after me received their food before I did I waited patiently and wasn't unfriendly to the McDonald's staff. But when I was getting my food, the McDonald's staff gave me the eye-roll.nAnd when I got home, I found that the bottom of the pancake was burnt.nThis is blatant racism.
I ordered the food by online and collected the food in counter today. It was a bloody bad experience. I ordered the picture’s food. When I arrived the store, I checked my order and found that the staffs missed my Big Mac and Birthday’s free Chips and I told with the staff. The staff in first time said I only got one chips as my EI Maco burger is not the meal, so they only give me back the Big Mac.nnI felt confused and stay at the counter to check my online order and I confirmed that I should got 2 chips. The manager was good as he came to ask me what happened and give me back the chips.nnHowever, I found the store didn’t give me the collection toy of my FRIENDS MEAL and the sweet and sour sauce when I backed office. I called the store and would like to try to get back my toy and the sauces. In first time, the staff talk with me 3 seconds and hang up my line suddenly. It was so impolite.nnI called 2nd time, the staff pick up line again and he ask me to come back the store to collect the toy. Luckily I am still in Northbridge…..
It’s the dirtiest McDonald’s in Perth. They don’t even bother cleaning the tables. We asked one of the staff for a wipe so we could clean our table ourselves, and they just handed us a napkin.
Very pleasant ambience and even better staff, superlative in fact! Their service is impeccable and service recovery helping me change my fries order, with complimentary sauce offered excellent! Thank you to the friendly and cheerful staff, still with smiles despite the rigours of the workday. So far, 2 visits 1 late at night, 1 in the evening and counting!
Though it was a busy late evening period, the service was very quick and professional. My request was catered to my satisfaction. The food was as expected. The restaurant and the preparation areas were clean. I was in and out within 8 mins.nKudos to the team.nThanks.
