I ordered the food by online and collected the food in counter today. It was a bloody bad experience. I ordered the picture’s food. When I arrived the store, I checked my order and found that the staffs missed my Big Mac and Birthday’s free Chips and I told with the staff. The staff in first time said I only got one chips as my EI Maco burger is not the meal, so they only give me back the Big Mac.nnI felt confused and stay at the counter to check my online order and I confirmed that I should got 2 chips. The manager was good as he came to ask me what happened and give me back the chips.nnHowever, I found the store didn’t give me the collection toy of my FRIENDS MEAL and the sweet and sour sauce when I backed office. I called the store and would like to try to get back my toy and the sauces. In first time, the staff talk with me 3 seconds and hang up my line suddenly. It was so impolite.nnI called 2nd time, the staff pick up line again and he ask me to come back the store to collect the toy. Luckily I am still in Northbridge…..
Wanted water but they didn’t have so i ordered a frozen coke and when i went to take a sip, i found it was almost half empty, was too far gone to go back. Make sure to check before you leave the store, not happy! :
What a damn great service that deserved more than just 5 stars by screwed up the app order with big breakfast deal, supposed to be:n2 muffins, 2 hash browns and 2 drinksnnbut received:n2 wraps, 2 hash brown and 1 drink not only the items wrong, but also the way they handle the problem, their only feedback was you just need to wait for the refund without a receipt ?!nnOn top of it, spoke to the manager about the issue and a free drink took my 5000 points but not getting the drink, his explanation was “it was not our problem, we didn’t receive the order” even though showed him the screen on the phone i have been charged $28.
Well done and thank you Sunday morning team [15/02/2026]!nnDespite our early 3 burgers order at 9am, they did their best and chucked in an extra hash brown [for a slight wait on the drive through], with our hotcakes meal.nnKeep up the good work! The big macs, cheese burger and hotcakes were so tasty too!
Store is dirty and messy doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all day just took photos in the outside dining room and it’s a mess not a clean table or anything the inside isn’t much better
