Drive thru order was a complete fail, one burger was pattie and lettuce??, too far away and at work to return and rectify. Might not have ruined my day but they did ruin my lunch. Seems to be a common thread in reviews that is not being addressed by management. Where is rhe pride in your work? Looks like Maccas Kotara should be avoided.
Ordered the food online, it’s a 5 minute drive away, the food took 1 hour to come and was freezing cold when it got here, had to heat up and was not enjoyable. Also the large chips were barely filled, lucky to be half full in the LARGE chip box.
Ordered two large frappes and got what might as well of been medium
the lack of food that was supplied was yum, we got it delivered through menu log, because the MyMaccas app doordash didn’t let two different cards go through with payment. it got delivered in a reasonable amount of time unlike previous experiences but came with none of the 3 medium chips or 3 large chips that we ordered. also didn’t receive any sauce or drinks that was ordered. when ringing to ask where the rest of our order was, the manager proceeded to hang up on us twice.
Ordered Uber Eats, ordered was pushed back over an hour, no communication. When food was delivered it was cold, as it most likely had been sitting on the counter for this entire time.nAlso our drinks were just thrown into a bag, no drink tray or even straws. So we couldn't even drink them as they had spilt by the time they were delivered.nnJust overall poor quality
