Ordered grilled chicken wrap within happy meal and got the fried one instead.nStaff didn’t check orders. When I got home there was missing apple juice. Not gonna waste fuel & drive back for it. I wonder how often this happens.nBest to always recheck and confirm ordered items before leaving drive-through. Just simply can’t trust the staff.
Second time in a week I have ordered coffee and its like water. Large latte with extra shot this time to make sure it was decent. Nope . Tried to call for over 5 real minutes. No one answers the phone . Such a shame. Use to be a good Maccas. I drove back to make my complaint. Told the lady I had tried to call and no one answered . She said nothing ... took the latte ... went and made a new one herself. Then said I put an extra 2 shots in it when she gave me the new one . ... no apology ... and she didn't get it ... it wasn't made properly the first time . I never asked for a new one with 2 shots in it ... I just wanted a proper latte with an extra shot.
My husband’s Big Mac was so heavily loaded with mayo/sauce it wasn’t at all enjoyable. My quarter pounder had obviously been reheated in a microwave. The base of the bun was solid. The cheese melted to the side of the box was rock hard. To top it all off the fries were cold ‍
Staff look absolutely miserable, no smiles for customers. Sat inside eating for half hour and every table was dirty, most covered in rubbish. And the empty tables had food crumbs all over them. No tables got cleaned in that time.nManagement definitely needs to retrain their staff on cleanliness.nDirty dishwashing brush laying on the floor in the middle of the dining area.
Loved the locations and service, it was fast that I even didn't notice. They forgot to gave me the free Maccas Quarter Pounder free glass, but when I reminded them they just brought it. Heaps of parking places, available seatings, and tiny playground. Ould definitely visit it again.
