Great Team. They are pretty much the of McDonald's in a 10km radius who actually and consistently get orders right.
LILYDALE MCDONALD'SnCalled to say one of my layer's of filling in my Big Mac was missing to have the person who answered my call say it's only ment to have 1 layer of lettuce & beef & to be treated like a lier even that i said I have taken a photo of it to prove it & the staff don't even know how a Big Mac is ment to look like is unbelievable, i called the next day to talk to the manager & explain what happened & was told he can't do anything about it , very disgraceful they way i was treated , I'm absolutely so unhappy
The food was cold, fries and burgers. The place was dirty in the dining area. While we were there, we witnessed 4 mistakes in people's orders, including ours. There was plenty of staff, however it seemed in disarray. There is too much focus on online orders these days. Why you would order fast food online blows my mind.
They made us wait for a long time, only for us to realize that our order was incomplete. The staff apologized, but they should have ensured everything was right from the start, especially given the delay.
Super fast paced place run by obviously stressed young workers. Almost always forget something although honestly can't blame them, you can see how hard they are trying.nFood is consistently good though
