honestly no words.. Went their being out for a while felt snacky and we are ordering and we see the automatic doors open, with no one their.. we looks down and their it was.nA RAT.,..nIt went into the kitchen looking for food no doubtnSO grossnfood; not to bad. but not what it should be.nThe worker throw your order at you.nSave yourself some money by going to the one on Wellington Rd.nDon't even want to talk about cleanness.
It really depends on which day & what staff are on as to the quality of service, atmosphere & how well made & presented your meal/snack & drinks are..nI've purchased there one day & it looks like the food & drinks were just thrown at the bags/cups. Food was inedible nThen gone there the next day, ordered the same stuff & it's been great.. Food, drinks, presentation & the service was awesome!
Coffee is very poorly made. Ask for a Carmel latte & got a very strong coffee that doesn't even taste like the coffee I ordered.nnToasted sandwiches are undercooked.
I go for coffee everyday and mostly i need to go back and say it’s bad coffee . I don’t know they need to train their staff to make coffee. Half of cup with foam only and brunt. I went back yesterday to make again i said chai powder missing just added chai on the same coffee and give it back is it right? If it was straight i could accept it but i waited for that outside and bring me back same cup of coffee. Very bad . When going back hey this is missing ,manager will make face not even a sorry. I spend money on something but it feels like they are giving for free. Do you really give same coffee back? Is it how mangers trained with service? It’s too much now i need to go every day back with complain and need to see their disgraceful face and still same next day .
You’d get better service from a 6 year old child working at a Chinese take away. Horrendous service from the manager, must be his first day on the job.
