Order took ages to come out and it was a quiet night. Cash only in drive thru, so all other orders had to be made inside no signage prior to ordering at the speaker. Staff didn’t mention it and were about to take our order before we questioned at the drive thru speaker. The restaurant was trashed with food and chairs everywhere, and no clean tables. All three bins were full and overflowing. Burger and chips were almost cold by the time we received our order. Burger patty was almost not placed in the burger. The wrap was decent, but not wrapped up properly. Seems to be ran by young teens with no pride in working and maintaining where they work to a standard
So I went here to get a frappe and a burger and fries.nThe service was so slow and the place was so dirty and stuff like that until I got the food. The burgers was so sloppy and the patty wasn’t cooked right and the fries were quite ok and it’s cooked well with some salt the staff was rude and I decided to go to the toilets and it’s a disaster and it was so gross toilets were clogged and smelt like urine.nWould not recommend to come here
We ordered a simple order: a small sundae and a large frozen coke. When we got our order, I wasn’t given a straw and the sundae was completely melted to the point where it was spilling over the sides. We went back around and after being partially ignored from the girl on the speaker, we got to the last window. The service was terrible and when I finally got my straw and thankfully a fully intact ice cream, I discovered that the frozen coke wasn’t a frozen coke but instead a frozen sparkling water because the syrup ran out.
Absolutely filthy place.nNo sanitiser, hand dryer in the ladies did not work, no toilet paper and walls in the eating area is filthy and germy. Our toasties came out just slapped together.nNot impressed at all
I generally come through the drive thru for breakfast a few times a week, but have dropped by a few other times. The quality of food and service varies greatly depending on what day and what time you come here. Service is generally pretty good and staff are as efficient as they can be especially as they seem to be understaffed for busy morning periods, which can cause long drive thru waits. I rarely have issues, but can't rate more than a solid 3 with inconsistent experiences.
