I have been coming here for years. Like, yeeeeaaarrs. Today I politely returned the fries bc they were cold and the lady politely replaced them with fresh and hot ones. I do not begrudge the workers in this, I just think the process for keeping fries above warm let alone hot. Its common in most stores. So much so that I usually ask for fresh ones; today I forgot. NGL, I could have returned the burgers too. The meat was not hot, barely warm. It was unusual and I'm fussy but not always brave or indignant enough. But a barely warm yet fresh burger was odd. Maybe they forgot to nuke it?
In a very quiet time of day, being 9:00pm, I was expecting better quality food. Burger was cold, and coke was warm. Pickles were chucked inside the buns carelessly see photos. Having seen that I was pleased to find the patty was not burnt.
Terrible customer service. The acne dotted young boy serving at the drive through was so rude, rolling his eyes and putting on an attitude. Not even an apology for their error after I returned due to the staff giving me an incomplete order.
i liked it here, the food and toilet is clean, but on the weekend some irresponsible people use the toilet without care!!! it is soooo dirty and the bussiness are everywhere!nnand I ordered a cafe drink no one was there in the cafe area. And I just stood there telling 1 worker with a mic, but she just ignored me. After a long time waiting she finally came with a grumpy face and looked like have no intention of doing it because it only a cup of drink is easy just why?
Three times in a row more order is wrong. You just read the order and make it. It’s not that hard so I call back and get a rude man barking at me, they have the receipt, the changes attached to the box, and the wrong ingredients.
