This McDonald's drive-thru is very tight and feels unsafe. You can see scratches on nearly every rod and concrete barrier. Be extra careful navigating through, as it's easy to scrape your car in the narrow space.
I was very dissapointed with my uber order as I ordered a large frozen coke and it wasn’t even filled to the top as seen in the photo. There was also a substantial lack in the Big Mac sauce I paid an extra 95 cents for which led to my daughter crying her eyes out as that’s her favourite sauce. As one of the leading fast food outlets in the world I am very disappoint with a lack of portion control I expect better next time. Thanks McDonald’s you’ve done it again
I don't normally write reviews, but I'm writing this one to acknowledge Sienna and Tom who went above and beyond with their customer service. They were genuinely friendly and polite, thorough in checking that my complex order was correct which it was!, and the food was prepared quickly and efficiently. All of this was done during peak dining hours, and I could see that they took the same approach with all of the other customers. The food was also hot and delicious. Highly recommended.
I was in despair due to the severe and astute lack of Big Mac Sauce in my allocated reiceptical, however my boy Vinnie sorted me out and blessed me up with the extra shots of dipping sauce. Vinnies valiant actions made my day, and restored my faith in humanity. Pay rise for Vinnie!
Went through the drive through after a long day, at 1am in the morning. I could not believe how good the service was that we received. Lauren was incredible, she had such a friendly demeanour that was so welcoming and kind. I can’t thank her enough. It really made our day. Thank you so much!!!
