Please take time to drain some of the grease off patty and clean the area they are cooked so there isn't older burned meat sticking to them. Thanks
Staff member who made coffee was polite and friendly. Coffee was great. New staff member didn't pass on food as she thought she had to wait for the drinks. She seemed timid and scared. Was berated by ? manager in front of customers, including myself. Food was replaced by ?manager. We left feeling sad for the young staff member.
Took forever for my drive-through order to be delivered to my car in the waiting bay. Saw plenty of people who arrived after me receive their orders before me. When I asked what had happened, I was told they were waiting for fresh fries. However, when they brought my order, the fries were cold and stale.
The worst experience ever,pulled into drive thru had dog in car at 11.25am and the two queues were moving slower than the traffic on Sth Rd,got to speaker at 11.35,finally got to the pick up window at 11.47. It would've been worth it if the cappuccino was half way decent, but it was the worst I've ever had,was cold and tasted more like flavoured water and had the texture of a flat white.
Not the worst place in the world. It's about what you'd expect from a McDonalds, cheap food that's edible. Didn't go there for a fine dining experience, so didn't expect one.nnAverage, really.
