Had the meals delivered. Not as vegetarian friendly as other similar brands. But still want to try when I start to reconsume meat due to personal reasons.nIn general, all burgers are small in portion and not enough for me who is never a big eater nCheeseburger without ketchup and pickles is the best!
Bad service and low accurate food. I ordered four big macs to take away. And then waited for more than 20 minutes at the counter. The kitchen staff refused to fulfill the order. After I got my food and went home, I found all the big Macs only had a single beef patty each.
Came through late at night, waited 30 mins just to get served in drive through. Was upset at manager, and almost was inconvenienced regarding my order. He resolved it professionally in a way that impressed me. Regardless of the hassle, his customer service impressed me highly to the point I visit that McDonalds when I'm in Canberra CBD.
I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s in Braddon, Canberra. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful except the manager he is a nice guy, making the visit frustrating every time i visit because i live in the city. To make matters worse, the food was cold most of the time and seemed old, lacking the usual freshness and quality. It was a poor experience overall.
Ordered 3 meals last Friday evening 28 Feb 2025 using the automated in-store kiosk. After waiting 20 minutes for the order, my son approached the counter and enquired. The Manager then printed the order out and proceeded to put the order together, but not immediately, as he continued to despatch other orders up to 20 numbers past ours. The place seemed chaotic with many people approaching the counter during that time to either ask for their orders which hadn't been prepared or to ask for items missing from their orders. Then there were other completed orders that were just sitting off to the side which weren't even collected by anyone The store was filthy with food, wrappings, fries etc strewn throughout, and the bins were overflowing to the extent where even the tops of the cabinets housing the bins were full of rubbish. Chaos and filth and no idea. What has happened to MacDonald's quality?
