The team members are very friendly. The meal is served correctly. Soft drank fully filled. French fries are also very fresh & they taste crispy.
The food is great as always, and the service is impressively quick. However, the atmosphere could be improved, as there are some dirty areas on the customer side that detract from the overall experience. Addressing these cleanliness issues would make the environment much more pleasant. Because of this, I usually prefer to order takeaway.
Tonight I went through the drive through.nAnd I wanted to say that the girl that served me was incredible.nHer name was Elle and I hope that whoever her boss is sees this she needs to be promoted.nIn 20 years of customer service I very rarely see someone as good as she was.
Consistently the some of the longest wait times in the country for drive through. We’re talking over 10 minutes regularly. This is truly slow food. Not related to demand.
Had the meals delivered. Not as vegetarian friendly as other similar brands. But still want to try when I start to reconsume meat due to personal reasons.nIn general, all burgers are small in portion and not enough for me who is never a big eater nCheeseburger without ketchup and pickles is the best!
