Had the meals delivered. Not as vegetarian friendly as other similar brands. But still want to try when I start to reconsume meat due to personal reasons.nIn general, all burgers are small in portion and not enough for me who is never a big eater nCheeseburger without ketchup and pickles is the best!
I came here one night after the service was absolutely shocking. I ordered on the app at 9:42 PM and didn't get my food until almost 10 PM. When my number was finally called, I had to wait for a good 5 minutes while at least 4 different staff members ignored me. When I finally got their attention, they'd lost my order, and I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find it! So much for fast food.

I recently visited McDonald's for a quick meal, but my experience was far from satisfactory, largely due to the behavior of one of the managers. I ordered a McChicken meal, and, as a simple request, I asked for some salted butter on the side. To my surprise, this request was met with not just refusal, but outright rudeness.nThe manager on duty, instead of politely explaining whether my request could be accommodated, responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She made it clear that my request was an inconvenience to her and the staff, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I believe that a polite refusal, if necessary, would have sufficed. However, the way she handled the situation was entirely inappropriate and reflected poorly on the brand's commitment to customer service.nMcDonald's is a global brand known for its consistency and customer-first approach, and this experience was a significant departure from that standard. It's disappointing to feel disrespected over something as simple as a request for salted butter. A little courtesy and professionalism go a long way, and unfortunately, this manager failed to display either.nI hope McDonald's takes this feedback seriously and works on training its staff, especially management, to handle customer requests with the respect and professionalism that every customer deserves. This experience has certainly made me reconsider my choice of fast-food outlets.
Bad service and low accurate food. I ordered four big macs to take away. And then waited for more than 20 minutes at the counter. The kitchen staff refused to fulfill the order. After I got my food and went home, I found all the big Macs only had a single beef patty each.
