the drive-through service is super fast, one time it took about a minute to get my food, which was amazing. obviously don't expect that everytime. food is usually well cooked and up to standard. the double lanes is handy as it gets super busy here during dinner time. when i've been in the store, it's usually clean and well presented. you can order via the machines or chat to a shop cashier.
took myself out at midnight for a cheeky oreo mcflurry as one does and it was the best decision i’ve ever made.ni asked for hot fudge and not only did i receive hot fudge, but i also received extra oreos and extra ice cream, creating quite possibly the best mcflurry ive ever eaten.nnthis mcflurry was full to the brim, and i drove home so slow with my new prized possession in my passenger seat because as soon as that mcflurry entered my car, it wasn’t just a sweet midnight treat, it was my child.nnto the boys working midnight feb 4 who apologised for “messing” my order by adding more oreos and ice cream as well as my hot fudge, may your shifts always go quickly and your wallets always be full because you made my week.
Very disappointed with this store there always slow order is never correct and it’s always cold and chips never seasoned my family and i on our last visit wasn’t surprising to receive the same bad customer service from a manager Bridget in resolving a wrong order I called to try resolve a wrong order given to my family even went into the store then after Bridget kept me waiting by serving other customers keeping me waiting like I have nothing better to do she wasn’t concerned about me just making up excuses in not fixing my families order that they gave us the wrong items and missing items this store is always stressful to deal with and tried to use the toilet at this store to then getting told by a staff member our toilets are out order you can kfc next door has toilets you can use lol this McDonald’s is a joke we live in surfers paradise and our local store is way better managed and always clean and order is always current just like Mermaid waters store if you need to go to a McDonald’s in Robina don’t waste your time at this store you will regret it just like my family and friends of ours that has the same problems when they go there to.
They treat people like fools. After giving me a terrible coffee which should me lactose free, I asked for it to be replaced. She took the same coffee inside and brought it back, pretending it was a new one. Even though there wasn’t any argument or conflict, I don’t understand why they feel the need to treat people like this. To the blonde girl making coffee: you’re not as clever as you think you are.
quick as hell drive thru - food still hot, infinitely better than the Marsden one. Plus guy in drive thru said have a nice night, and was very pleasant give him a raise.
