So sick of pale limp chips! Come on folks...leave them in the fryer until they colour and crisp. Similar with the hot apple pie. The outside is crisp but the underlying pastry is raw. So disgusting I couldn't eat it...and these are not one-off experiences. Please train staff to fry food properly. Next time, I'll be asking for a refund. 3 stars for atmosphere because hand sanitizer and paper napkins always empty and tables always dirty with crumbs, food and drink containers from past diners. Looks very unsanitary
Alex, the manager of Gracemere McDonald’s after being notified that food and items missing from order requested are returned to collect missing order. After returning back to collect missing order to be re-cooked to be fresh for my kids. I was abused and told that I should not complain human error exists and just be happy that they’re going to give it to me after spending $71. I was okay with that, but I would’ve liked to the return food to be cooked fresh again for my kids, and after request I was being abused again and refused service from Gracemere McDonald’s. Knowing that I live in Gracemere and it’s the only McDonald’s we have I am not to return to McDonald’s ever again and refused for life over requesting fresh food for kids and that is from Alex the manager of Gracemere McDonald’s on 2 September 2023.
The worst coffee I've ever had. I ordered a large flat white to go and received a cup half-filled with froth. I went back and discussed this with the staff on duty. They heard me out I calmly explained the situation but made no positive responses or promises to make sure their next flat white is a good one or - wild thought - an offer to make me another! Of course, no one individual ever accepts responsibility!
Honestly, can’t make a coffee at all had an ice coffee that tasted like water. It was the worst thing and the stuff are so rude to if there was so where else to go I would because this place is so bad barista is a must I like they all need to do it again Because clearly they didn’t learn anythingFood: 1/5
I'm on a motorbike, so I can not use drive-thru. So we come into the store. Yes staff seemed busy, but one member yelled out in an aggressive manner. Then as my order was 2 frappe, the driver-thru member called out for a frappe ASAP, one of mine was given and I was then made to wait for the other one. I was not in an air conditioned vehicle, it was 32°c outside on the bike. Just Rude!!!!! And then there is the condition of the tables and floors.
Partner and I stopped in at Gracemere store, service was fine. But when we got home the first thing we noticed was the grease soaked boxes like more the the usual amount of grease, the buns were as shiny as a polished bowling ball, the meat Pattie’s tasted different in a bad way like I don’t know maybe undercooked? All I know is the food was gross and now my insides hate me
the kids they hire make a lot of mistakes but the managers are always kind and are happy to replace an order, just remember everyone there’s a lot of idiots in the world who make a lot of mistakes but just have a friendly chat to the managers and they will happily replace your order :Food: 4/5
Not great. Food wasn't fresh or hot and the burgers so poorly wrapped that they were loose in the bag. Only one of the burgers was what I ordered. Pretty poor experience overall.
It would have to be the very worst Maccas I’ve ever come across anywhere in Australia especially the drive thru. I sat in the lane once for 35 mins just for 2 frozen cokes. Average time over 12 months is 10-15 mins. The mic’d up servers will usually not acknowledge you for up to 6 mins before the usual line “Sorry about the wait”. They rarely use the parking bays so you wait. The ONLY 2 reasons I go is KFC’s ‘freezie’ machine has worked for 2 days out of the last 13 months and this is the ONLY Maccas for 300kms. There are glimmers of hope, like a sunbeam after a tornado, I have been served by a wonderful young lady, sorry cannot remember her name, but that is the ONLY positive. I’m relieved to be moving away from a town where nearly every business is a monopolyNO competitionand professional service is something you see a mechanic for.
THEY KEEP MESSING UP ORDERS! I ordered pancakes 2 weeks ago and they came with no butter and syrup and today not only did it take them 20 minutes to make my order but they also gave me the wrong bag WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S FOOD.
