This store is brilliant. We have been customers for several years and the Store Manager Blake is excellent both with customers and Crew. It’s a well oiled machine. Having been a McDonalds manager in the past, I can evaluate the store from experience as well as a customer perspective. The store runs by the QSC values of McDonalds. Quality, service and cleanliness is key to running a good store and they do it well here. Friendly young kids with smiley faces, doing an outstanding job.
Best service ever. Nicest employees, they all knew what they were doing in such a busy time. Great food. Couldn’t complain. Every time I come here everything is just perfect. The only thing is how rude all the delivery drivers are to the employees. Shoving their phone in their faces, telling them to hurry up. It makes me feel sorry for the employees.
Walked in and ordered from the screen. Again this McDonald’s service was slow as most Victorian McDonald’s have been. We asked the brunette barista why is all the service always slow, she said we should’ve gone through drive thru - perhaps that’s why… Wouldn’t recommend coming back because; a it’s super slow - waiting approx 20 minutes b our coffees & milk tea were too milky and over poured but our large frozen cola was below the cup sip line - do they ever tap the cup on the counter before they top up more frozen coke or just fill to the top and serve?!
Everytime I go in and ask for my whole order cooked fresh they are always happy too.. Managers are really good to their staff and always treat them with respect especially when they are letting them know how to do a task properly

Thursday night at 6:00, counter full of Uber eats directory king driveway queue that was moving nicely and the counter service was fast and efficient. The toilets where clean as was the restaurant. They where very busy, but all aspects of the store were taken care of.
Sadly never had the greatest experience at this maccas, I usually get a full cream and lactose iced latte and this store always fails to properly give lactose free milk after paying for it. Id finally had enough of my friend experiencing symptoms everytime we went keep in mind, they’re only moderately lactose intolerant, I cant imagine how bad it’d be if it were more severe and I decided to call the store and let them know that this was a frequent occurrence. On the phone, they asked if we specifically asked for lactose free, which you obviously do when you pay for lactose free milk. She said we needed to specify that we were lactose intolerant so they could ensure she gets lactose what? and that we could leave our name and number with them so we could get lactose in the future double what. She also said that we would have never had gotten full cream milk, and that their cafe staff are trained all without ever apologising for making my friend sick. Genuinely some of the worst customer experience for trying to bring to their attention that their making people sick. Wont be coming back to this store when you cant even get what you pay for. Dietary restrictions: Specific dietary request ignored.
Even in busy days, the staff work hard to keep up. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and customers. My kids love the "single serve" friends to play with almost every time we are there a busy maccas is a good maccas. Food: 4/5

Absolutely disgusting. I bought a cheese burger meal and and the large fries had chips in it that tasted like absolute rotten milk and fish. It tasted vile. I can’t believe that such a high rated restaurant made these disgusting fries. And not to mention the sauce on my cheese burger was everywhere when I opened it. I gagged at the fries, almost threw up. Do not buy from here. EVER!!!!
