Terrible service this morning. Took 20 minutes to receive a small order in an empty store at 530am. Staff half asleep and unresponsive. Muffin looked like it had a bite out of it when I opened the wrapper, not to mention it was stone cold. Edit: now trying to get the burnt muffin taste from my mouth
Ordered a Mc chicken and large fries. This is what I got. Really? There was only one other car at the drive through. Really need to step up your serviceFood: 2/5
Terrible customer service, rolling their eyes constantly extremely disrespectful staff. I ordered a latte and they put oreo flakes in it because they think its "funny." Also got told that many of the staff mess around with orders on purpose! Thats disgusting and terrible service! People are paying for the food. The manager needs to hire a whole new crew. Id rather drive further to petone.
Orders are usually always right. I always have to park up but I usually make big orders. Love their caramel latte's. Staff are usually friendly. Love using the rewards app.Food: 4/5
The worst macdonalds we have ever gone to. They have NEVER got my order correct in the many years I've been. But tonight was the last straw, the attendant has no idea what they even sell. Kept telling me that they don't do Mac Attacks, there isnt such a thing apparently. we get it every single time...., and we always triple check that we are wanting Large combo. But of course we always get medium and extra burgers missing. I've had enough, your staff need training and to learn to listen to the order correctly. And when you try to dispute the order, your told too bad it's too late now. Instead of listening to the customer and fixing the issue, they don't care and just tell you to move on. Ridiculous service and I'm so done with it. I'd rather drive an extra 30min to another one than ever come here again.
Employees struggle to serve customers when they are in a busy period. And the ice cream machine went to empty. They should be prepared for a busy time. Rest all are fine with their services.Food: 4/5
The Macdonald app wouldn't work for me. The manager stepped up and sorted my problem very quickly. The store was busy but the staff were quick and customer service excellent. Plenty of parking.Food: 4/5
The seguls outside provided some entertainment while we had our meal. The food was very well prepared and there was actually enough seasoning on the chips.
order not fulfilled, checked after 1/2 an hour...response from staff member...I have had complaints all day & don't have time to listen to yours. Maccas has gone down the tube big time on quality, cleanliness& service.
Picked a meal today what a horror drink had no ice or fizz flat! Fries had no salt and undercooked Cheeseburger had no mustard Big Mac was a disaster sauce everywhere uneven and completely wrecked And of course everything was cold Garbage
