They made us 3 hot chocolates and they were cold and lumpy. And when we went in to tell them. Not to get a refund. The person didn't even talk to us. Over all don't recommend.Food: 1/5
Absolutely terrible. Tables filthy, floor filthy.staff have zero carefactor, young guy stood at counter for good 3 minutes while we waited for our order, four staff members looked at him, then completely ignored him. Woman who did serve him talked to someone else out of uniform standing behind counter the whole time she took his money etc. we self ordered which i loathe, they got order wrong, obviously couldn't take time to read neither did they care. We very rarely go to McDonalds anywhere and only ever order from cafe menu as its usually edible. Hot chocolate from here was like hot water with some colour, food tasted stale. Obviously franchisee is making enough profit not to care
My wife always asks for "extra hot" coffee when ordering, I don't think what we received was even regular hot, just warm.
Being a truck driver I found food wasn't ideally hot enough not a lot of care put in back . How ever service was efficient and staff friendly. Just disappointed in how my food was put in my bagFood: 4/5
The floor was dangerously slipperly. I told the staff and they mopped the floor at our table. Someone is going down hard on that floor soon. My boy slipped over but didn't hurt himself bad. All the tables hadn't been cleaned.Food: 4/5
Poor customer service - stood at counter with an ordering issue not their fault for some time with multiple employees walking past and engaging eye contact before a girl came and resolved the issue. Received the burgers, both buns on 3 burgers were stale and no lettuce on the mcchicken. All of the chips looked like they were in the frier for 10 seconds. Overall poor experience, even compared to other McDonald’s.

When you are super hangry only maccas will do! We felt like we were driving through the outback because nothing anywhere! Then the big M made our mouth water! $40 and 4kg heavier! Off to rocky for the night!
Great essential stop if doing a long hall. All the necessary essentials, petrol, clean toilets, food and drinksFood: 3/5
"Quick meal" while on the road with 3 kids - food took quite a while in drive through - coffee was the worst - chips missing from order. Do yourself a favour and keep driving.
