Young lad who served us what really nice and very helpful, coffee was good but raisin toast a bit to be desired. Ordered 3 slices and all came out just tossed in brown paper bag no wrapping and to top it off toast only toasted 1 side see photos and once again the butter was frozen. Sad as we drove 45 minutes to get here. Such a bad experience not the first but this time will be the last!
Came from Mackay. And this is the second Macca's my dad and i stopped by. The tickets don't only not print but the screen says error and freezes so we don't know our order number. When the lady called out a number we tried to tell her this which other customers who seemed to be school friends told her "for us" that we weren't talking to her. When we did get out meal the drink isn't full like I was trained in Mackay and the burger looked like someone had sat on it let alone tasting saltier than the ocean.
Had a younger man serve us both our meal and drinks in record time. Sorted out the missing hash brown in 2 seconds with no issue. He was well mannered and friendly to talk to. Already had the straws in hand right as I was about to ask. Noticed him running drive through meals too. Hard worker from what I can tell. Made the experience I had today compared to yesterday ten times better. Grabbed his name before leaving: Ioannis.
Without fail, every single Doordash or Uber order has something missing or something wrong with the order. 99% of the time when you use the drive thru at this pathetic excuse of a store, you get parked to wait for your order, even if its something as simple as a coffee. The incompetence of the staff and its managers at this McDonalds is next level embarrassing, almost to the point of it being comical.
ordered from doordash cause i’m lazy, food was scrumptious nice and crispy chips and nuggets. got a frappe with NO STRAW, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRINK A FRAPPE WITH NO STRAW ??!! brother got no straw with his coke but you can drink that from the cup. like what please hand out straws or i’ll come for you.Food: 5/5
The poor kids they leave in charge or as glorified slaves can't be expected to keep up with drive through, counter and door dash etc & are made to deal with a lot of angry customers while other customers in line are left to defend the poor kids from the abuse because management or any other worker was going to come and help this young fella who was obviously new & about to have an anxiety attack. PICK UP YOUR GAME MACCAS MANAGEMENT AND TREAT YOUR YOUNG WORKERS WITH SOME SUPPORT AND RESPECT. Enough said, nearly every store is similar these days
Feels like getting served food in a centerlink waiting room being run by a year 10 class as an experiment for an assignment for school. Well they must have all failed. STOP LEAVING KIDS IN CHARGE OF THESE PLACES & BRING BACK SOME REAL EXPERIENCED MANAGEMENT BUT WE KNOW THAT WON'T HAPPEN BECAUSE THE QUICKER THEY CAN REMOVE HUMANS FROM THE FAST FOOD INDUSTRY, THE BETTER FOR THEM. Please go there just to soak up the atmosphere & smell the mixture of Vape juice & Linx mixed in with your dinner. Negative Kid-friendliness: Not the place to take kids any more like it used to be, that's fir sure.
Bought 2 classic Angus burgers at the drive through. For some unknown reason, the burgers were put in the bag sideways. By the time I got home and got them out, everything had slide of the burger roll. Total mess. Had to try and remake them and by that time they were pretty much cold. Thanks for nothing McDonalds.

Worst store in Townsville. Chips are stale every single time. Don’t bother asking for fresh, they just ignore you and give you old ones anyway. It’s amazing how consistently they provide bad food and servers. 9 times out of 10 it’s an unacceptable experience. Hungry Jacks down the road cook fries fresh to order. Go there instead.
