It's convenient because it's local and easy, having said that the service has been consistently poor over the past year or two. The staff always seem to forget items from our order. Make sure you check your order thoroughly!Food: 3/5
We also visited the Cannon Hill Maccas and the difference was chalk and cheese. Tingalpa supplied us with everything we ordered, promptly and accurately. They maintained a clean restaurant and did so with a happy smile still welcoming customers as they moved around the tables. This was a happy experience and one I am happy to repeat.
The quality of the food is usually pretty good, however, the Mcafe coffees are a little inconsistent. The care that is shown in putting the food together leaves a lot to be desired with burgers half wrapped and everything just sort of thrown together haphazardly. The staff are usually lovely though.Food: 4/5
Started going to Tingalpa when Wynnum continuously stuffed up orders. The experience here is the opposite. We’ve never had an order wrong, the food is always put together well burgers actually look like a burger not a thrown together mess and I had the most amazing experience with a staff member when asking for some alterations due to food allergies. Not only was she understanding and more than accommodating, without me even asking she handed me my order and said, “I asked the staff to change their gloves before making your order” I cannot tell you how much this meant to me. Thank you Tingalpa for such wonderful service and training of your staff to be compassionate.
This honestly has to be the worst maccas I have ever been too. Everyone in the area agrees too. Not ONE experience have i had here where they get the right order or provide good customer service. They all have an attitude and zero patience to help a customer when their employees are the ones who made an error in the order. Multiple times the orders been incorrect, they refuse to help and bite back. HAIR IN THE FOOD! Chips well and truely over cooked to a point they seem like they’ve been sitting in the fryer for a week. Our so called toastie that they hadn’t even bothered to toast. Pure laziness and immaturity at this maccas. Definitely do NOT recommend anyone giving this maccas their money.
Paid $20 for a quarter ponder meal and chicken burger and received half empty large fries. Considering how much maccas charge now it’s very frustrating to receive this.
Pretty standard result where even an online order is messed up by the weekend muppets. Another family dinner stuffed up … again. Good work team !! Feel so sorry the owner/franchisee … looking at recent reviews it’d have to be heartbreaking
This store does breakfasts very well,. I guess that's why they are busy and have a good turn over the hash browns are fresh, crispy and hot , good coffeeFood: 5/5
I've had better on terms of food. The couple of workers were not trained and politeness was never heard of. I've asked for a packet of salt and the reply was sorry we don't have any. ????Food: 4/5
Food is generally good here. Quite often the thick shake machine is broken which can be disappointing and sometimes the burgers aren't fresh but overall they're pretty good.Food: 3/5
