This place needs a good clean up as toilet is not hygiene and smell urine like never been cleaned for a week. Wheres the store manager should be checking all these before they start the shift...
Nice, but service is slow, but the Staff are very friendly. Very busy on day as most of the Truck Drivers come for the meals. I love the Big Brekkie Burger , in the morning , come and have some breakfast. Very busy around the lunchtime, the Truck Drivers come for the Big Mac and have a hot coffee or tea , as well some cold drinks. Come again I hope the service is good.
Disgusting - this store should be shamed and shut down. I have never seen a restaurant as filthy and unhygienic as this. I don't normally eat McDonalds though on a 13hr trip it came with the territory. The principal of this McDonalds franchise should be ashamed
Your typical Maccas. Busy place as it's on the Hume highway and its a busy road with a lot of stops. I would expect a store such as this to have more staff on hand to get people served. I suppose the staff were doing what they could in the situation.Food: 4/5

Always the place is full of customers, Very busy place. But slow in their service, management should add more staff into the operation. Waited over 30 minutes long in the drive-through. Never ever experienced this in any McDonald.Food: 4/5
This was first visit to McDonald's in 10 years. The menu remains confusing. I ordered double shot black coffee, but was given weak burnt mud. Banana bread tasted like banana flavoured slime . No one wiping tables. Floor dirty. Now I remember why I go to proper cafes. Wheel chair accessible.
I had ordered a Large Coffee Frappe with no whipped cream. The order arrived with whipped cream so the staff member at the counter nicely said that they would remake one. At the back, I saw a female staff member scoop the whipped cream off of my wrong order with the lid, and shockingly pour some of the frappe to top off my new order. It may have been to fill my cup to the top, but it resulted in a cross contaminated drink for a no whipped cream preference.
Dirty. How is it you can leave food stuck to walls, lights, TVs etc? Fair enough it is the idiot patrons that did it in the first place but Mcdonalds used to be known for their reliable cleanliness and family friendly environment... maybe I am living in the past? I rarely, if ever, visit these unless there is no other option. I will actively avoid in future.
I have never been in a McDonalds that was so disgustingly dirty Every bin was over flowing with rubbish the floor was sticky same as the tables. The men's room was absolutely disgraceful and obviously hadn't been cleaned in days. The burger looked like it was thrown into the box with sauce everywhere and the cheese was only half on the burger the rest hanging out. Even if they were really busy there would be no excuse but it was late at night and there were only a handful of customers.
