Had a late dinner here after a school event. The coffee tastes terrible, watery and just lukewarm.  A grilled chicken wrap snack charged at $4.50 is absolutely rip off.  Meccas has undoubtedly gone downhill with shrinking burgers and poor food!

The dining area is really nice! Lots of different types of tables and seating which is cool.  This Macca's is usually pretty clean, toilets are clean, and the restaurant is pretty spacious.  All the food I've had from here is usually really fresh and hot, and there are a lot of self-serve screens here.  Don't use the ones near the cashier as they have some touchscreen issues.  Kid-friendliness: There is a good play area for kids here, and seats that kids can reach properly.

Had a bad experience with a worker, his name was jed and he was on his break. I asked him where the toilets were. And I got no response and a dirty look. He smelt and even growled at me. Had made my order worst as I saw him cook it and grease feel out of his hair. But the food was quick and the frozen coke hit well

Go here coz much better burgers than Maccas. Though Maccas has better thickshakes. New store looks good and service good. Had Double Angry Whopper. Was big and juicy. One issue was they didnt have soda water as an option which i like as a healthy option.Food: 5/5

Used Uber eats app and ordered my meal with no problem only to have west gosford McDonalds leave an item out. It wasn’t my fault that an item was missed. I paid for the delivery which I was happy to for my convenience but when I called to advise of my missed item, to have the person on the line say they can reimburse me for the item but can’t do delivery is BAD customer service. Very unhappy. Typical, This service is happening too often at the west gosford store.

Standard McDonald's restaurant. Went there quite late so only drive thru service was available. Quick service. Order was correct. Not enough bins in the carpark. Friendly staff.Food: 4/5

So many times now, I've ordered the Double cheeseburger at the drive thru and ended up with the regular cheeseburger instead, including today. Too much noise in the background as well when ordering sometimes, and by the time you realise it's the wrong order, you're off the premises already.

The self serve machine none had any receipts. All the tables in the restaurant were dirty with food in them and haven’t been cleaned. Very disappointed with the standard of McDonald’s.

Great start to the day. I had an error with my app during the order process which resulted in the order getting stuck. The store supervisor was able to retrieve it and processed it without charging. Thank you
