After making my lifestyle choice to always try the best foods and the best restaurants in an area I'm in, to expand my knowledge of food and culture and to not waste any money eating at the same restaurants again and again. I've come once full circle to try Maccas because I was craving it. I use to always get Maccas since I was a child and I come to Maccas Lansvale whenever I crave it on a full moon. Now I realise why people don't consider Maccas 'real food'. Service: 2 / 5 stars Vibe: 2.5 / 5 stars Food: 1.5 / 5 stars Going into a fast food restaurant like KFC, Hungry Jacks and Maccas, I gotta acknowledge that the service is going to be questionable with underpaid teenagers who were never trained how to give good service such as smiling or being accountable for mistakes. I've had some orders wrong in the past and complained but they gave me the biggest attitude like I was on the wrong. Seems like Maccas has spent all their effort into marketting their food to make it look great instead of the expected good service and presentation of food. Their Big Mac is literally just slapped on, on top of each other. As I child, I use to love it but after trying the best burgers in Sydney, it made me wanna vomit. They don't even toast their buns. So why the two stars? Chicken nuggets are literally the saviour. I always come here for the chicken nuggets with the sweet and sour sauce combo and the efficiency is top notch. I recieve my food in almost no time. But I would be happy to sacrifice some efficiency with more quality food. Some staff are lovely but it's only very rare. Most of them are teenagers with a monotone voice. I am never going to Maccas again unless it's for the chicken nuggets. This is the only Maccas chain I'm going to review. If you love the Big Mac, consider switching up and trying other better burgers such as Betty's Burgers, The Gidley Burger, BL Burger before you judge the Big Mac as a nice burger.
The most horrible burger that would ever imagin, they have small burned particals in it. Please review their health and safety before allowing this to the consumers. No star what-so-ever.
All I have to say is no receipts on the contactless machine. No trays for dine-in though place was fairly empty. Hand sanitizer empty, two napkins only. Customers lined up no service. Fries cold but they were making so much fries.Food: 3/5
Horrible in service and forgetful in orders!! If I could give 0 I would! I have ordered from this restaurant via uber eats. The amount of times my order has been wrong and items have been missing. The Uber drivers always have to come back to this maccas to get the rest of the order. Unfortunately, there isn’t another maccas registered on Uber eats in my area. The quality of the food is always poor. When lining up in drive thru, your waiting long.

One star is too much for this place. Rudest staff ever, can’t even smile and get your order right. The manager throws the bag at me like I’m some peasant, save yourself a headache and avoid this place. Worst service ever…..
Service was slow, food sat on the counter for ages while they got drive through and delivery orders ready first. Being short staffed didn't help on a busy Saturday nightFood: 3/5
Most of the time I buy burger the meat is not that hot or maybe it's old. I wish they have a real experience barista to make coffee.
Honestly the worst McDonald’s in South west Sydney… not only are they incompetent and slow, they also employ dodgy drive thru tactics to make sure they don’t get busted for how slow they are. I’m sure the franchisee will enjoy when I write a review to head office. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
The place was dirty. Hard to find a clean table inside or out. Food and rubbish on the floor. Saw a few people complain about their food. If the lbgtq+ manager spent more time cleaning the store instead of bullying the staff . Maybe the store could get 3 stars.
