McDonald's

It's a McDonald's. Dropped in for a coffee and a break whilst travelling. Spotless inside, toilets were clean and everything worked and was stocked. Coffee was to their usual standard.Food: 5/5

I placed an order online, I selected the in store table service and I selected a number and placed it on my table in plain view. The store were calling out a different number, which was not on my order/receipt. Meal was cold, and staff were annoyed with me. Muffin was a disgrace.

The Service there that day was very slow. They said it would take 15minutes to provide Grilled Chicken in the Wrap but it took 30minutes ! They did say that if we wanted Fried then they could supply that straight away but we always prefer Grilled Chicken and Grilled Fish.

Kids were starving after a long drive, even though the restaurant was closed and we couldn't go through with a trailer in drive through the awesome Manager made an exception and et me in to order. Really nice to have good customer service and understanding. Friday 30 sep 9.00pm

Like every hospitality industry retailer. Signs for jobs available everywhere, but short staffed, and those there are flatout. Their individual service is still friendly and smiling despite how busy they are.Food: 5/5

Best holiday maccas we have had. Food was great and service was quick. Just found that the shakes were a little weak in flavour but otherwise great outing.

Food is usually quick, not always fresh but always what you ordered and never missing or wrong items which is nice for a McDonalds! I don't really ever eat in, it's cold and dark and full of people and I'd honestly just rather eat in my car ahahFood: 4/5

Order was wrong and by the time our burgers were made right out chips were cold and soggy. Men's toilet had urine every where and couldn't find a clean table so just chose a less dirty option. Wasn't even lunch rush. Was almost 2pm so no excuse for slow and poor service.

Made me wait in the drive thru only to tell me when I finally got to the pay window I’m told they haven’t got what I had ordered. I then was stuck in the line until all the cars in front collected there orders. Learn to talk to each other will you

Pretty good as far as maccas goes. Burgers were better quality and presented better than anywhere else I've been. Would have been 5 stars but they got our shake wrong.
