Went with drive thru. I had the worst people serving at the station. Higly rude staff who doesn’t even know how to respond and the burgers were cold. On top of that they made burger in a disgust way. Asked the staff about the cold burgers aint no answer to that. Asked for softcones at pickup/payment window, the so called staff denied to give and said we have come back from drive thru again, but it was closed . This is how they made my classic angus burger. Never going back to that place
Was waiting 10mins in drive through, no response to me or the other car, went inside to find a single kid working on his own. Still no service, ended just leaving. Vegetarian options: -$1.20 per patty removed from burgers
Waited over 45 minutes in drive through tonight for 2 of the new Angus deluxe burgers on their own, and 2 drinks. Arrived home to eat our meal, burger had NO sauce and NO lettuce, why advertise a new burger if your staff cannot prepare the food properly. Called and had my name written down, was expecting a call from the manager and NO call back. I wish I could post photos of what it is meant to look like, compared to what I received.
Poor customer service. Rude staff and manager. Zero work ethics. I will never go there again.
The team here could use an espresso shot or three. We waited over 10 minutes to get our food and another 10 minutes to get our coffees. Some of the front counter/drive thru staff had zero motivation to be there. When a senior staff member came out to help with the McCafe orders, the other girl had no idea what had been made and what hadn't. By the time we finally sat down to eat, we struggled to find a clean table. The only saving grace was that the food and drinks tasted good, even if the burgers were messily put together.
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered my food through the drive thru. My large chips were cold, I went inside to get fresh chips and right in front of my the worker threw my chips into the deep fryer I said I wanted fresh ones, because i seen the worker throw cold ones back into the deep fryer. The ignored me and proceeded to give me reheated fries. Absolutely disgusting and poor service. The shop was empty and so was drive thru so it wasn't hard to cook fresh chips
Worst. McDonald's. Ever. I waited 20 minutes for two Sundays. I was in the store for about an hour, had food and drink spilled all over the floors, and nobody cleaned it up. The bins were overflowing. the staff were understaffed and irritable. Go to the better McDonald's up the road.Food: 3/5
Food was amazing. Service is difficult as the Shortage of staff at the counter, not many people know how to use the ordering screens, and they don't seem to have receipt paper in them, when you realise you don't have a receipt because it hasn't come out your number has already disappeared from the screen.
They don’t deserve zero star . Poor customer service. Rude staff and manager. Zero work ethics. It was just uber order and i went there today 24 th 9am in the mornings . And i asked for picup order they told me wait 10 minutes. Then after 10 minutes They told me wait more 15 minutes.And after that they told me they can’t make that order. And manager not paying any attention and even not listening to me.The i call to customer and it was just 1 chai latte and chocolate muffin. I wait 45 minutes over ther. And st the end customer cancel the order. . The manager needs to apologise but she run inside. So wd have to wait 45 minutes just for coffee. ridiculous staff. Ridiculous service. They deserve -0 star. I will never go there again.
3 cars drove off, wish we did too. Waited so long in the drive thru not the workers fault but asked for warm chips and got chips from the exact same batch. And got a side eye from the blonde girl in a striped shirt… good one darl
