We thoroughly enjoyed our adult Mcdonalds party last night for ‘something a little bit fancy!’ Our food was delivered quickly and our order was perfect. The restaurant was clean and the service was impeccable. Special mention to our party host for the evening, Kye. He was so lovely and accommodating and served us with a smile and a happy demeanour. What a pleasant evening!
It's a good place to eat or just drink coffee. The food is good. Toilets well maintained. The self-service terminals don't print out the receipt so make sure watch the screen carefully to catch your order number. Although I've told them every single time I'm there, they just don't get the printers working!Food: 4/5
Ordered a large frozen coke and get a medium half filled one, the rest of the food was cold. Delivery was fast so no idea how they are this incompetent.
One of the best McDonald's meals I've had. Service was quick even on a busy night. The best part was the party host, Kye sorry, not sure of spelling. He was very accommodating, professional and witty. Kid-friendliness: Great playground. Parking: HEAPS of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access. Dietary restrictions: Asked not to have certain things on a burger and that was complied with.
Food is seldom fresh at all. Nuggets a frequently 'chewy'. It's a 50/50 if your burger is assembled properly. Front counter staff are generally rude.
Food order came reasonably quickly however when I took my son to the toilet, someone threw out our drinks, icecream and happy meal toy. When I asked the staff who were doing service, no one claimed to have cleaned the table and didn't offer any replacement/refund which is clearly both a lie and annoying.Food: 4/5
The staff service here is terrible and rude to customers, around 6pm last night I ordered from the drive thru department. Other services are good but when I receiving food, I asked the staff to give me more ketchup instead of refusing, she loudly said to me "I put 5 packets of ketchup in it". But actually I only get 3. This is so bad, I think MC Donald shouldn't have such staff. I will never go back.
Ordered two frozen cokes and a soft serve. Took a bit of time to get items, however that was due to another customer distracting staff with various matters. It's a good Maccas.Food: 5/5
Asked for fresh fish on ordering, again when I paid, checked it was fresh when I received the order, drove off to find the fillet wasn't even hot, took it back in for a replacement and staff would not speak a word to me as though I'd done something wrong. Horrible service when I did everything in my power to make sure my order was correct.
No pickles and no sauce. Second time that this has happened and as ut was drive thru, didn't realise until we got home. New McFlurry was deliscious a girl taking payment and orders was very happy and nice. Drive Thru was the busiest I've ever seen.Food: 3/5
