Not a busy place but certainly very dirty facilities. Everytime I have visited this place I have found dirty tables and dirty toilets, worse than some of our public toilets in the area.Food: 3/5
Very disappointed. I was starving& ordered A Mighty Angus. Looked NOTHING like the pics. Now, that's no surprise. But it should look SOMETHING like the pics...Very skinny burger. See pics. And Pickles?yes I like them it looked like one lonely Pickle thrown on.. it was 3 small squashed together, stuck in one corner. One piece of tomato. And I was charged over$8 for this "burger" I didn't get a meal pretty pathetic really.
No displays of menus. I was told they'd been taken out on favour of the self serice computer stands. Bloody rediculous. Older people don't want to use them. NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION!!!Food: 4/5
Cold chips, ice cream machine never works to the point the community FB page makes jokes about it, and personal R&B music playing inside the restaurant for the kids making the food! Laughable if it wasn’t so pathetic. Best part? They ran out of straws…. straws?! Seriously? Pity I can’t give 0 stars. McDonald’s should close this place down.
2x coffee, did not receive what ordered - given skim milk not full cream milk, no sugar, 3/4 full and the coffee beans were burnt! And is usual at this McDonald’s, a very long wait. We need other drive through coffee outlets in Bellbowrie!
Restaurant was empty, drive through had 3 cars, we were the third. Waited to pay, no one at the window so drove to the next window it was the pickup window. Ended up having to give my card to the attendant so she can walk back to the first window to charge my card. They said they were very busy. But that was not the case. Told to wait in the waiting bay. Food comes out without drinks. So they go to get the drinks and we notice a big shoe print on my daughters happy meal box, so we are told we will get a completely new order but they bring out the same food in another box and no sauce. So I have to park the car and jump down to get the sauce. My son always finishes his McChicken burger but it was so dry and cold that one bite and he couldn’t continue. The fries were almost ice cold too. We always have missed items or small mistakes at this McDonald’s store but this was the worst experience ever. To top it off I am 100% sure we were charged for the wrong order. I checked my card statement and entered my order in the my Maccas app and for the two meals that should be 18.50 we were charged 22.50. What a joke of a store. I have never left a review for a McDonald’s store because they are usually very good but this should not occur on a quiet Sunday afternoon.
One of the finest restaurants I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The food was quite devine and was delishous in all aspects. Always got the order correct and has a cosy, warm cottagy vibe. Shoutout to the real ones ben matho, eva magrip, ryan clark and oskar ross,, they make the dream a reality #100stars #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
Best McDonalds in Brisbane for sure! I got served by this lovely young lady named Selia sorry if spelt wrong Selia had amazing customer service and my food was made hot and fresh. Definitely will be returning. Thank you Selia.
Absolutely horrible, terrible and disrespectful staff that have no respect and the racist lady at the pickup window just stuck her hand out for the payment and gave us a dirty look and said nothing, the food also took ages to even come through even though the drive-thru was empty, very slow workers and customer service was horrible. Wouldn't expect this from this company !!!
Restaurant looked faded and tacky on the outside. Carpark was filthy. And of course the frozen coke machine didn't work properly.
