Kai was an absolute delight in drive-through! He was friendly and chirpy and made me smile with his warmth. And the coffee was hot and delicious! Both team members we interacted with were delightful and happy. Keep up the good work guys!
Best Maccas experience I’ve had in awhile!! Food was all hot, fresh and not just slapped together. The chips were almost too hot to touch Which was fantastic and I think a very rare thing these days and the service was super fast and friendly. Well worth ducking off the main highway for!
Disgusting. Extremely dirty. Waited way too long for our order. Avoid this place. Floors very dirty and sticky. Most of the tables and chairs were covered in food scraps. The restaurant was empty, we were the only ones inside. I wonder how they cope when busy
Floors were disgusting, mess everywhere half the tables unusable because they had food scraps on them. Food was undercooked. Staff member in the kitchen was constantly wiping her nose with her hand. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They weren't even busy, no excuse.
Came to enjoy a barista made coffee. Tasted terrible. Was not made to what i ordered. Obviously need to train the baristas better or tell them to listen. Might be just weekend staff but need to be much much better. Very disappointing
Most intimidating McD I have visited. They have staff standing in the entrance trying g to force use of the self serve kiosk. Even those who squeezed past to the one and only counter terminal where approached and requested to return to a self service kiosk. No one staff or customers were smiling no not a place I really want to go back to See photos the Red Coat is blocking your entrance
I don't know how many times I've gotten a coffee and it's boiling hot for 3 of us! I ask for warm not extra hot.!! Need your thermometers calibrated.
Terrible service. Drive through was unhelpful when we asked to add a Soft serve cone to an online order, wouldn't even do ot as a stand alone order.Food: 3/5
Good Mecca's everyone so on point, service efficient and cheery even though busy, very clean and well maintained and the food hot.Food: 4/5
The young guy on Drive-through was just so happy to greet you. So nice to have some enthusiasm in a young person.Food: 4/5
