My son purchased a double quarter pounder meal last night only to take a bite - tasted off so he opened it up and checked it only to find the meat was raw - yep you got it - raw disgusting.. where the hell is your quality control - it’s one thing to accidentally forget a sauce or fries but how can you forget to cook the meat properly???
These 5 stars are for Mercy the cheery young lady that takes our coffee order at the drive thru. She is always so lovely and polite : You will go far in life with such a lovely customer service and a can do attitude. Never let anyone anyone dampen your shine, keep up the great work Mercy!!!!!!!!
Absolutely poor service. The roads coming in & out of the driveway are atrocious & full of potholes & have been for some months now. They haven’t had soft serve for over a month, rarely do you get sauce also when you order they either have none in stock or just couldn’t be bothered packing it. I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve had my order packed correctly. Won’t be coming back here in a hurry.
Extremely disappointed! I took my 2 year old grandson for lunch as a special treat. The food was cold, no serviettes on offer and I asked twice lots of staff chatting and laughing with each other while customers were ignored. When we got our order, it was impossible to find a clean table as they were all filthy! The floor was covered in food scraps, crumbs and bits of paper. The bench seats and window sill were litter with long dead flies and maggots!! When I asked a staff member to wipe the table she said she’d be there in a minute. We left after I wipes the table, we ate, my grandson played! She arrived as we were leaving. I suggested she remove the dead flies and maggots and she said she usually just left them because she didn’t know what to do with them!!! Unbelievable!!!!
Food ok, although we had to go back and ask for the missing sauces that were ordered. Good location but very bad parking area with the drive-thru right between all car parking spaces so once we had to leave it became very difficult. My husband had to get out and stop traffic so we could exit.
Todays experience with lunch Chips were extremely salty , didn’t get a tray for drinks and the lid wasn’t on one of them and milkshake spilt everywhere, including on me. When I explained what happened to the young lady in the counter , she came over and mopped floor but no sign was put in place, nor did she help with the spillage. . No serviettes was given with the meal. Toilets were filthy, And so was the general condition of the dining area. This is the first time in months we have had McDonald’s and was very dissatisfied with it . It has also become very expensive.,
Dirty had to clean dead blowfly of windows shelf and two tables where we sat, asked staff for help was handed a wet rag ,as a customer discussed long time before coming back again. Hope I don't get sick
2 Burgers missing in the order. By the time I got home too late to go back. Don't have Maccas very often so had 2 disappointed little girls and had to cook for them as they wouldn't eat what I had.
Deplorable feed last night, not many options available after midnight so forced to go back to this McDonald’s. Told they we’re doing a system update and it would take 1-2 hours. How ridiculous.
Good place, especially in a rush. Great people, always polite. Would recommend this Macca's. Kid-friendliness: Nice playground, well kept. Food, as you already know, is perfect for a hungry kid on a late drive home.
