Worst MacDonald's experience ever. We stopped here on the way to Canberra, and I wish we didn't. The food was stale and disgusting. There was a crushed cocroach on the ground. The men's bathroom was flooded with the water from urinal. No wonder it has such a low rating. MacDonald's brand is damaged in my view.

I ordered an iced mocha and instead of that I received just a hot coffee, but they did a good job giving a straw this time like I’ll just use it on the nice hot coffee. And my food is cold and took a few bites of it just to realize it was stale, guess I’m boutta get food poisoning again from this hole. Clown as McDonald, hope it’ll get shut down soon to save the community some money

I ordered a small caramel sundae. Nice service and product thanks guys. Note to staff who work here: don’t be afraid to talk to the customers. About the weather or whatever who cares, but chatting with them is the mcservice that keeps them coming back. Give it a try

The worst experience I’ve ever had with Maccas across NSW..!!! Many times this had happened to this store. Missing items wrong items given. Not happened once but more. These are their large meal chips looking more like small chips in a happy meal. Ordered large drinks got given medium drinks…so disappointing and frustrating. So unprofessional and the lady that served me didn’t seem to care…so pathetic..disgusting. I would rather take a trip to another Maccas even if it’s far, wouldn’t mind because they’ll probably have better customer service than this store. Happened once or twice it’s okay but more than that damn…that’s unacceptable..!! Lots of zero stars for this store.

Anything but fast. Anything but accurate. We went there to grab food because we were on tight timeline. It took quite long to fulfil the order. Several tickets past us got served first. When we finally got our food we took it to the car to eat while driving, so we can recover time. Then we realised that one Happy Meal has fish burger instead of crispy snack wrap. My apologies for not turning back to complain and not waiting even longer till they make it right. I wish I could leave a more favourable comment.

First time eating here. They missed a whole wrap for a take away order. Came back to get it then later realise there's no salad dressing, came back and they said that's out of stock. We're given another dressings, but would have been nice to be notified right from the start. Burgers taste fine, drinks are fantastic. But chips are pathetic, small and taste like yesterday stuff reheated. Toilet is leaking water, and trace of sh*t on the toilet sit. Yike!

Such poor customer service and sub-standard food. Recently ordered and paid for extra hot fudge on a sundae. The hot fudge was even less than the standard amount. When you pay the money for extras you should receive what you pay for. This is just 1 example of a long list of poor quality service and food.

Should have known by the area. Manager and staff have completely no common sense or customer service.  I have never been to McDonalds that the staff plainly don't care have a go at the photo of fries. Avoided and hopefully they close it. The Manger on this shift right now should be fired.

My friend and I were served cold "hot cakes". Staff didn't seem to care about it. My friend asked for his to be hot and after seeing the replacement, not much of an improvement. Gone are the days when such products were served freshly made and now heated in a microwave and good luck to you. Such a huge disappointment.

Disgusting!! Not one table was clean! Food and rubbish everywhere!  No normal person would eat in an environment that is untidy or unhealthy!!  So we took it home!! No longer then 10 mins after my 7 year old ate his food he threw it all up and was sick the following day!  The renovations cant change the fact that lazy disgusting people work there! It's obvious  Your business reflects who you are everytime i see a employee come out of your business, I think ewww!!
