Usually don’t go to McDonald’s but had no choice 4:50am. Ordered double cheeseburger meal. Got a cheeseburger meal and plastic chips. Even got served by an employee Oder lady. Should have nown better.
Absolute worst Maccas in Australia, maybe even the World......Every single time the order is incorrect. Taking a Family of 5 through costs about $70 on average, lot to pay for disappointment. I've never had a correct order! I'm going to start asking at drive through if they are capable of getting it right before I pay. Don't waste your time or money on this place, I think a pack or retarded reindeer would do a better job.
The Elmacco burger that we bought at Cannonvale Maccas was nothing whatsoever like what is advertised. It had no lettuce, tomato or sour cream. Worst burger ever. The Elmacco burger that we got when they first bought them out was amazing but something has sure gone wrong with this one. Please get your staff to make them properly
Wrong order again! Ordered through drive thur, a McChicken. No lettuce, wrong bun but got cheese! Took it into the store and was given another one…exactly the same! Not good enough & not safe for dietary needs!!
Just went in for breakfast and got an iced oat latte and there was a HUGE dead fly in my coffee. And it was a closed coffee cup so it obviously came from the restaurant. They need to up their game in here because they is absolutely disgusting
Good service, friendly staff. Pat on the back for Alyssa for above and beyond service. She was helpful with the self-ordering machine, an option we didn't know existed. So most of the times in the past we'd go to the counter to order.
Zero stars if i could. 80% percent of the time you dont get the food you've payed for through the drive through or theyve screwed up the "extras" you've asked for and you get none. Ice cream machine has been broken the last 3 times ive tried. Old mate 2macs might have to sell one shop and try get atleast one up to standard. You owe me another cheeseburger and its becoming quite the tally.

Clean restaurant but slightly average service. Was busy and we received all but one drink and was told it was coming and when checking in about the drink 15 mins later for quite the snarky response as was handed the drink. But it was busy so hopefully just a bad day
If I could give less than 0 stars I would, first of all these mfs didn’t serve us our drinks like I don’t know the syrups are in the back second they weren’t serving the full order we all payed for like it’s not hard to read yeah get it right the first time thank you but no thanks
