Dine in opened at 6am. Was one of the first ones in there and found the tables in the front were still dirty and hadn't been wiped down. Food was OK - mcmuffins were really crunchy and our burger and fries seemed reheated. Had to wait longer for our meal as the staff reckon it wasn't ours even though we had the table number in front of us. This was only a pit stop on the way to Melbourne but would not stop here again. 2 stars for the hot drinks and the one staff member who was nice.
My experience was not welcoming.. they were all over the place cold drinks and sundaes melting. To much chatting between staff bout there weekend..maybe. and the restaurant was completely dirty, disgusting food everywhere. Was there for 5 minutes after receiving my order which was a melting ice cream attitudes are a rude laughing at customer's. Unless I receive a voucher.. I will be calling health inspector. Is keeping a food restaurant clean to hard. Unhappy customer
Over 15 minutes wait for 1 meal. Counted 15 cars get served in the drive through while I waiting. 5 dine in customers get their meals before mine came out. Only to then be asked if I was waiting on a meal.. fast food.. not much of an apology either. Bit disappointed
Called in here after a loooong drive. The rubbish bin out the front had rubbish around it rather than in it. It wasn’t full. We ordered and staff were friendly and efficient. We took our food back to our accommodation before opening. Wish I had of checked it first! The chips were cold and old my Angus burger was also old and wasn’t placed on the bun correctly. It had been that way for a long time as it wouldn’t even slide back into position. Now I know why the place was empty. I’ve never seen a Macas without any customers in it until I walked into this one. Very dissapointed
A convenient stop for refreshments on the drive between Sydney/Canberra and Melbourne. The service was fast and attentive and the team members were able to quickly resolve an issue around an item reusable coffee travel mug that was not in stock.
Unprofessional staff that were chatting together leaning over the food. Manager coming past obviously not on duty but went behind counter serving customers without a professional uniform. Dirty restaurant with mouse running between customers feet. Not a pleasant experience.
Very slow service. 20min wait for order. Staff were clowning around, while people were waiting in line. Revolting toilets. Avoid at all cost. One of the worst Macca's I have been to in my life.Food: 2/5
Chaotic service this evening. Staff should be more organised into their rolls , who takes orders and who makes them up. Wait time was excessive. Line up of cars and many people waiting
Went through drive through. Was an extremely hot day. Long wait. No soft serves. The only thing we went to get. Food: 5/5
We have stopped here many a time on the drive up the Hume. It always delivers clean bathrooms and relativly speedy service
