Stopped off for breakfast via the drive thru on our trip back to Sydney. Solid food all round, we ordered the sausage muffin meal, banana bread and hot cross bun with black coffee. Drive thru was packed but wait time was pretty decent. Speak on the left lane drive thru is crackly and a little hard to hear server through order.
Service slow, staff at the drive thru window took more change than they needed from me, didn't even count what I gave them just chucked it in the till, asked to wait in the waiting bay, waited 10 minutes, waited another 10 minutes for receipt which wasn't initially given I had to ask for it, got home and burgers looked like mutants, chips only half full, not happy
Poor service, poor food quality, poor hygiene. Took 16mins to get my meal. Well, should have no any expectations for a fast food restaurant?
Always amazing staff, food though is very often much like anywhere the food certainly does not look like the images on the board and it seems no one told makkas that the lettuce shortage is over.Food: 2/5
A maccas like any other, currently they have given us 3 out of 5 meals correctly, so a bit hit and miss. The place looks clean, has parking and toilets. Disabled access is good.
McDonald's Umina is undoubtedly the dirtiest McDonalds I have been into. There is food and rubbish left on 95% of unoccupied tables. Food and rubbish is also in the children's lay area, a young mum complained at the front counter. There was no servettes in the holders...I asked someone to fill them. The rubbish bin was full to overflowing. Is staffing shortage an issue? get some more staff. I was in this Maccas at 2.40pm....way after lunch. Seriously disappointed
the manager got rlly angry at me coz i had been waiting for a small coke for aaaages. turned out it was right at the bench the whole time
Would be the worst in Australia, if you're lucky burgers come in one piece an they get your order right, coffee good, staff have no idea usually talking amongst themselves an do not get your order correct especially on uber etc buns dry, eggs very unusual
As this is a busy Macca's I go drive through, it's always efficient and quick serviceFood: 4/5
Well as you can tell from some of the pictures, this is by far the worst maccas I have ever entered, Was told the female toilets were horrendous, stains around the bowl, no sanitation at this venue and the floor was wet in Many places The place was filled with unattended children, animals and god only knows what else. I don't know how you could let a workplace go like that. Makes me think who the manager is there today and wonder what kind of rubbish dump his home looks like.......
