i know things happen unexpectedly, but if staff could show some professionalism that would be good. we came in because we want food, we don't want your personal drama. i had to wait so long just for the staff to get my order ready.

Not much in the way of good food. My lettuce was brown The chicken medium burger. Was smoothed in something like Mayo. No not really happy.Food: 4/5
My dinner delivery took 2 hours & 15 mins. Ordered at 8:30pm, tried to ring at 10:00pm to see where it was but nobody picked up. Rang again, only to be told they’re too busy & my order will be out soon. Menulog app said latest delivery would be 10:15pm. 10:30pm came and it still wasn’t here. Arrived at 10:45pm, well after dinner time when we were already in bed. Absolutely disgusting as I am still a paying customer like everybody in the store & drive thru! Will never get delivery again, staff obviously need time management skills and priority of orders!
haven't had maccas fries for years and was having a sudden craving for them. drive thru ordered 3 large fries for 3 of us in the car. 2 were hot for my carpoolers, 1, mine, were cold. I hate cold and soggy bendy fries. this just ain't right
By far the WORST experience we have ever had in a MacDonald's. Incomplete food order provided , wrong items given. When asked for sauce that was not in the order it was given to us in a icecream lid. If no stars could be given I would.
Put a special request in to sing happy bday to the receiver... the delivery driver exceeded my expectations and gave a fantastic performance! Made my day!
Ordered through the MyMaccas app and when I got to the restaurant I had to wait longer than what I should have given the level of orders being processed. There was no hand sanitiser easily accessible had to ask for it and the place was disgustingly dirty. You could understand if they were run off their feet but the place was not even busy. It was 3/7/2022 on a Sunday around 2pm.
Get my coffee atound 5am every morning and always get a friendly voice taking my order from n drive thru followed by a big smile ar the window. What a way to set my day. Special mention ti Marga and the rest of the crew that I haven’t yet caught their names
Reasonably friendly service, most food is OK, but often get something cold and hard when you order, this time was a stone cold hashbrown.
