This place is super busy understandable given its the main hub between travel locations in this general area but the service is quick and they are good at wiping down tables between customers, and keeping the area clean. Physical distancing? Not so much given the sheer number of people there.
Had to wait 20 minutes to get my frappe which was ridiculous. The staff member just handed over the drink with a straight face. The store needs to be cleaned more often. The good thing was the drink tasted excellent.
Nice place for a stopover and stretch the legs for both adults and the kids. Had a small issue with the barista but, eventually intervened by the supervisor and resolved through the Mac's national help desk. The play area is magnificent and that made us hard to get the kids out. Enjoyed the space inside and the restrooms.
Fast service on a very busy day! Young people working there giving their best! Bravo!
Good. Efficient. Hot food. A well run McD.
Burgers well put together unlike some Maccas. But they did not provide any serviettes, straws for drinks, or knife/fork packs for the gravy fries. Had to queue to ask for them.
McDonald's Cooma is just like every other McDonald's. It's clean and tidy with the usual ok service. The coffee is tolerable and the food is consistent, just like most of them. Nothing more to say really.
Quick service and good staff members. Tables needed a wipe down and toilets needed attention. But all in all great environment
Largest indoor park out of any McDonalds I’ve seen, and reasonably clean inside. Printer didn’t work so I didn’t have a receipt, and needed to go back to the counter 4 times as I remembered things from my order that were missing.
