This McDonald’s is about 10-15 minute drive from me, passing two other McDonald’s that are closer but terrible, however this McDonald’s in the area is probably one of the best, they know how to salt the chips and when you ask for fresh, THEY ARE FRESH!!! Wish all the McDonald’s in the area could hold themselves to the same standard as this store. They will wait by the car window while I check and make sure that everything is right
Terrible burger. They forgot the pickles and onion. It wasn't even warm or fresh. You have one job, make a simple burger with a few low quality ingredients and you couldn't even complete that miniscule task. The staff on tonight's shift should be fired immediately.
I ordered a double mc chicken burger with extra patty I don't think this is most complex order but your staffs had made three times and all the three times I have to come through a drive way. I except a basic thing I want what I paid for such a incapable staffs and unethical behaviour.
Terrible service. Point of sale machines fail all the time. Staff are unhelpful and have know idea how to assist. Second time in a month I havr walk out without an order. Today both point of sale screen froze, then at counter was told the item I wanted could not be made today coffee Frape. Lift your standards .
The Paralowie Maccas is my local and I use it every few days for a quick breakfast or the occasional dinner. The big issue for this store is inconsistency with the quality and order accuracy. If the staff aren't missing items from the order, they don't take down the order correctly. Given that they don't give receipts unless you ask, and given half the equipment they have to display your order isn't working half the time; your chances of getting what you want are 50/50 at best. Also, I know these stores are run on teenage labour, but management need to do a better job at teaching "customer service" to staff. Most visits to the delivery window in drive-thru sound more like kids conversing during recess than focused on getting orders out. For all the fancy tech and automation, this store should be doing a lot better. If there was a more convenient Maccas to where I work, I'd be long gone from here.
One of the worst maccas for service. Also the screens never work. All they focus on is uber eats and drive thru. Absolute joke. Even when at the counter they look at you then walk away. F#ck this place.Food: 3/5
Majority of staff are friendly. The service is disappointingly slow and my order was not correct. However my Big Mac meal deal with Caramel Sundae was good. Wheelchair parking and access is available
This Maccas used to be good but now they’re useless. Every single time without a fail they get my order wrong or have missing items that I pay for! The workers at the drive through are rude. They got my order wrong and were annoyed about it when they were the ones not listening. They were laughing and giggling to each other before I drove up to the window. I tried calling to make a complaint but they never answer their phones. I never usually write reviews but this Maccas is a joke
USELESS !!! Only leaving 1 start cos it won't let me leave 0 stars... Self ordering machine failed to complete my order. Had to order at the counter where 1 person was serving while 2 others stood around talking. Had to wait 25 mins for "fast food". Every table was filthy and had food scraps on them. The staff just looked miserable . Will not return, probably not to any maccas.
Placed order on Uber eats this evening which included two hot chocolates by the time it arrived at our front door both drinks had leaked through the bag forming a puddle and making everything inside the bag soggy and disgusting. It’s bad enough the food is stone cold. Only had to place the order on Uber because their eftpos machine was apparently not working. So the Paralowie store needs to sort something out. I understand when the eftpos machine isn’t working but ensuring the food is fresh and hot drinks being delivered has tabs over the opening of the lids is covered to avoid another issue like the one we experienced tonight would be highly recommend and appreciated by many customers.
