not the best mcdonald’s I have visited but not too bad considering it’s a fast food place. service isn’t the worst but they only gave us 20 nuggets when we ordered 40.
I would just like to leave a positive review about one of the McDonald’s staff/ team members that go by the name Dylan! He had such great customer service and was so very kind and considerate! He didn’t have a problem swapping over my two hamburgers for two fresh ones! Thank you very helpful!
Great place to stop for eats before heading to Brisbane entertainment centre, there was a nice variety of food shops to choose from. The bathroom facilities were also very clean and there was plenty of parking right outside
Worst McDonalds I've been to. 10 min wait to be served staff cleaning to deafening music back of store. Another 10 min wait for a double cheeseburger and a shake. Priorities were non existent, service was pathetic.Food: 1/5
They ignore you when you trying to ask for changing the sandwich. I have more paper on my toast then cheese.
Not the greatest McDonalds always seem to have issues here, with orders or quality. Definitely recommend going to the cafe on the end instead!

Why Make hot fudge sundae straight after taking the order then put it on the side till the hot food come out then give it to the customer, by the time of the hot food come out the hot fudge sundae half melted. It’s a stupid practice they are always doing it. It’s not like the hot food comes out instantly it can take 10 to 15 minutes sometimes. It’s funny McDonnell with all its high quality service performance blah blah blah and they get something so simple as this wrong.
I didn't buy McD's but I was informed of a great little place in Palmwoods called Rustic Designs, custom made, great gifts, fabulous coffee on the rail line sounds great see you there X
