Ive gone through the Kadina McDonald's drive through a few times now and it takes for ever and they always get my order wrong.... Today my burger was swimming in BBQ sauce it made me feel sick... The only reason I get Maccas is for who ever is with me at the time, but no more....
Meal was fine but both kids requested toys with happy meal option was toys or books One was given a book the other was given nothing. Staff fixed issue when we bought it up but its a basic part of their job to get orders correct and we shouldn't have to complain.
The computers to order are a real problem and take away jobs from our younger community. McDonalds already make a fortune on convenient argueably junk food but want to make more, dissapointing and a tiresome task just to order a meal. Get rid of your order stands, ya staff everywhere hate them too not isolated to your store
Kadina Maccas has consistently smooth coffee! Drive thru is much faster than ordering inside. I've heard many complaints about the very loooooong waits at the counter. Store is usually clean and tidy.
