This location can get pretty busy and is located inside with other businesses on site. The have a McCafe inside. The employees are friendly and the service is quick.  Additional notes: Restrooms inside, lots of seating, street parking only Can be hard to find when busy  Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid&#39;s options at McDonald&#39;s like chicken nuggets, cheese burgers, fries, ice cream... etc.

Big shout out to the guy that served me this morning for breakfast.  Made me feel very happy while on a stressful rescue mission to airport.  Treated me like family.  Love people like him.

I was served by the young Asian lady with special needs, it's great that McDonald's Wellsford offers everyone a chance, but she was a slow and I was in a hurry. It took her a while to realise she had a customer, and then she struggled with her communication and got frustrated. Food was fast and good though.  Parking: Good amount of parking around the back.

There seemed to be some sort of issue with most people's orders including my own where he tried to add a drink on to my order which didn't have one..

Don't stop there for just a coffee 22 minutes for a cappuccino wth and the manager took my order and realised I was still waiting and when I did get it. Yuk made with Shove not love. People with food orders after me got the combos like 5 and waiting for a coffee. Stop elsewhere. Not the 1st time I thought oh they just busy it's OK nah not again

Customer service was on their phone, told me to hold up when I asked if I could order. Then paid $5.30 for a mcflurry that was literally only a soft serve stuck to the sides to make the McFlurry look big when it was empty in the middle? Terrible

Very dirty tables not cleared or wiped down rubbish on the floor alit if staff standing around and manager saying that it's not there job to clean very poor hygiene we were going to eat in but brought a pie instead and sat in car to eat.Food: 2/5

Felt like I was in a gulag. Depressing building. Stale bread Lettuce looked rotten Service was meh. 1/10
