Nice layout. Cleanliness and hygiene is maintained. Food is fresh. Quality is also good. Staff is very nice. Service is lightning fast. Adjacent to Petrol station right at the entrance of Gold coast.
I ordered a caesar wrap and asked for no dressing/Mayo as the egg makes me sick. I got chicken tomato and lettuce drowning in Mayo instead! If the staff had shown even just a smidge of a smile during service, I probably would have just taken it back.Food: 1/5
Today I had the misfortune of being served by one of the rudest individuals in a McDonald's' restaurant. I took my grandson as he had a voucher for a sports reward. I ordered this as well as a meal for myself and paid at the counter. My grandson was still hungry and wanted some more food. I went to the counter to place my order and was rudely told to use the computer. I stated that I had trouble using it, the young attendant helped and I had to relay at least three time on what I wanted. She then went back behind the counter to get my order. She made the ice cream that I ordered which had chocolate dripping all over it. when the hamburger was ready she placed it in the bag and came to the counter and threw it along the counter at me. This young person in my opinion is not a people person and should not work on the counter. Also whilst in the restaurant there was an alarm going of in the kitchen for the whole of the time we were there 20 minutes.
Absolutely awesome place The best store to date Sarah was outstanding with customer service and keeping the store clean. She was always smiling and asking customers if they required help with self-service she asked me how the meal was, and you guys have a real asset in her future management
I ordered a chai latte on the menu kiosk and sat down after ordering it and was waiting 20min and still no latte, so i wait even longer and i decided to just give up and leave without it. If i could give less stars i would. Only good thing was that the place was really clean.
This was a really frustrating and disappointing visit. I walked in to order breakfast on way to training at the hospital. I got in the machine was playing up. I finally ordered and got my meal as I was on my way to training I tasted my coffee frappe with had caramel I didn’t request and also a burnt taste. There was a missing hush brown the one that was there was cold and dry. The breaky burger was dry and cold and the pancakes were like warm with no syrup. I had no time to go back so my sister stopped into shop on way to get syrup. And then when I called they were uninterested in my feedback. Very disappointed I spend almost $40 for that. I dont often get takeaway and this was very upsetting.
Will never be back. We were ignored, then eventually told to order through the menu kiosk. That’s ok if it worked but 3/4 of the way through ordering we got “OUT OF SERVICE, 3 TIMES. Back to being ignored again until we were fed up & walked out. Great service McDonalds…NOT, obviously don’t need anymore money or a good reputation…disgusted
Usually not a bad place, but some shifts are worse than others. Today served a burger without a proper sauce. Asked to fix this and received catchup instead. Whole burger tasted like catchup
Been here on two occasions now and both times we were extremely disappointed. The first occasion we stopped in to get my partner a coffee. He was so disgusted by it he had one mouthful and then threw it out. I had a look at it before he did and the coffee was about 1/2 full. It was meant to be a latte but obviously the milk was so poorly done it was mostly froth. He said it was also scalding. The second time was the weekend that just passed. We got a couple of muffins, hash browns, nuggets, a coffee and the potato scallops. One of the muffins they had completely forgotten to put bacon on it, and the sausage looked like it had been sitting there for a couple of hours. The other muffin was so poorly wrapped that it had come apart and there was cheese stuck to the wrapper and bag. The nuggets were cold, which is really strange as we were there at 10:30 and as an ex-McDs employee, I know that nuggets are cooked fresh for 10:30 lunch. The potato scallops were cold and rubbery, but I think the rubbery part is just McDs attempt at potato scallop they're really bad, don't get them. Only the hash brown and the coffee were passable. Next time we are visiting this area I think we will make the extra drive elsewhere, or stop off somewhere on the motorway.
Who would of thought in a world full of children you would get such a beautiful ADULT to be so happy kind and helpful! Sarah is truly a GOLD edition to this business, I hope the owner sees her efforts as she is definitely worthy of much better. I rarely go to maccas but I certainly will with a human such as her! Thanks so very much for your help and recommendations today, you really made me feel like I was in a fancy cafe, in fact you were way better than a cafe I go to in Robina Town Centre where the girl has not smiled since birth. Nasty but sadly it’s true. You should swap jobs with her The precious ones commenting below would love here to bits
