Only have us one monopoly ticket for a medium meal angus beef and none on the drinks or chips not on another meal I got ether and called my number out when my whole meal wasn’t even done
Entered the restaurant at 10.00 last night and it seemed like the staff were having a party! People I assumed off duty staff or friends of staff were walking from outside the restaurant to behind the counter and food prep area. Didn't quite know who was staff and who wasn't. Weren't sure if the guy walking around with a bucket on his head was staff or not, he was behind the counter so I assume so! It looked like total chaos from our side of the counter so we ate very quickly and left.
Every single order is always wrong. Either something missing or wrong item. The nuggets are undercooked and we’ve given up ordering them. Todays stuff up was ordering a Big Mac and missing half the burger. How the hell do you even do that? Always dissatisfied after leaving this place.
Today I was served by a young boy Ethan at Traralgon East Mc Donald’s. This review is to say what a wonderful asset he is to the store. Ethan was so impressionable I had to send this review. Ethan welcomed us all to the counter and was honestly the most happiest person I have ever encountered at the checkout. He even made my kids laugh and me too with just being so incredibly happy to serve us. I was so impressed with his service and communication. I went on to watch him multi-task more orders as I waited and he was also helping serve both the orders he had made and the drive-through. It was so lovely to have witnessed such a beautiful young man greet each person at the counter and even offering service to deliver food to our table because we had to wait extra for something that was accidentally missed from the order. He was going above and beyond to ensure service was achieved in a timely manner and making all his customers were happy. So big thanks and Well done Ethan on your excellent customer service.
My wife ordered a hot chocolate with two serves of marshmallows. The barista only put one serve in. She decided to remake it, which was quite gracious of her. For that I guess she needs a good review as she may not have known that two serves mean four marshmallows not two, so kudos to her five stars in service are because of her . However, I'm in awe as to how a standard process needed this level of clarification!
Me my two aunties and my sister came here and they messed up all 3 of our orders they forgot most of our burgers and we had to ask several times for them to fix it it also took them way too long to make them for them to be stale , but to be fair we did order quite a bit. Rude manager as well but cute service girl seemed lovely
Toilets were disgusting! Shift manager had the most terrible attitude - self serve was not working for Eftpos payments which was hardly my fault but apparently it would seem it was according to Chris’s attitude which could not have been more unpleasant. Chris if you don’t like your job being shift manager at McDonald’s then feel free to get another job. I hardly think a customer like me is worthy of such a poor customer service attitude! I would but 10 more sweet & sour dippers… it’s not about the money Never going back to this McDonald’s and will write a formal complaint about our experience their as well TERRIBLE
Genuinely the worst experience I've had at any place. I understand staffing is an issue at the moment. I went though drive through, took a total of 32 minutes from when I arrived to when I left. My biggest issue is for how long I waited I was still given cold food.i asked guy serving if i could at least get a fresh hash brown, he then sighed and mumbled "sure". Ripped the bag from my hands and I got a big upgrade from a cold hash brown to a Luke warm one. Yay
Staff were too focused on looking at the roster/talking to crew instead of making orders. Customers had been waiting 30 mins per order. Kitchen crew had all the food ready but none of the staff were packing it. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Bush lunch period is understandable but staff making 0 effort to help , 1 get out orders, 2 apologise for the wait times
