Dropped by on a weekday afternoon and decided to eat in. There was a decent number of parking spots at the time so wasn't an issue parking. Inside the restaurant the space isn't huge but it had a selection of booth seats as well as regular tables and stools by the window. I ordered via the app and didn't wait too long for my order to be ready. Big Mac was very fresh which was a pleasant change from my regular Maccas.
MCDISAPPOINTMENT Been to this Maccas several times and it always disappoints. - The place is dirty. - The service is always slow that you will be waiting longer than 10 minutes for a basic order. The order is never coordinated that by the time they give it to you, one of the food items had been sitting on the counter for several minutes already that it is cold. - I have had parts of my order missing which I didn’t realise until I got back home. - They do not know how to prioritise orders. It is done by the order number. Went with friends and ordered three meals, a person came in after us and only ordered fries. They were made to wait in the pecking order until it got to their order number. - I have had the worst Sundaes from here photo attached. It’s a shame that it’s the closest one to me five minute up the road.
Tables all dirty..servery dirty. Barista machine coffee, milk..sugar everywhere..Food just thrown into box & bag then left on counter to long & cold.. Spoke to manager about mess on serving counter as you can see in pic & I was brushed off
They encourage you to use the screens for ordering by basically limiting the service at the registers. But I don't mind using the screens. The food is always as expected and not long waiting for it. I always sit down at this McDonald's and the atmosphere is rather comfortableFood: 5/5
I went to the Bayswater McDonald’s to feed me and my young boys they were very excited for their chicken happy meal however they were gutted when they found out they received only 1 small chips even though we paid to have an extra small chips in each happy meal, my boys were very upset as this was their first experience at a McDonald’s and they will not be coming back. My boys are growing and need these extra chips and without them they were left very hungry tonight however they did enjoy the toy but without the extra chips they did not have the strength to build it. Overall this was a terrible experience and I urge you to try the red rooster next door instead.
Absolutely disgusting were the condition of the toilets. No toilet paper anywhere to see but plenty of wee on the floor. What happen to McDonald's high standards of cleanliness? And don't give me this understaffed rubbish. It's pure cost cutting.
Unfortunately the worst meal I had in Melbourne. I saw a lady returning something that was cold before me. I ordered two burgers 1 crispy chicken delux and another burger, cold, lettuce old soft and yellow. My El Maço, cold dry , impossible to eat. Just leaved at the balcony. Very, very poor quality.
today is my son angus’s 9th birthday, i decided to surprise him with an angus burger as a joke because it’s he’s name and i’ve never allowed him to have one because of how expensive they are! when i brought it home, the first bite he took.. the whole meat patty fell onto his white tracksuit pants!! this is absolutely outrageous.
What can you expect from a Maccas, biggest problem I have with this Mc Donalds is when Asking for everything to be cooked fresh, Mc Donalds Fresh receiving the order and realising most items taste like they have been prepared 6 hours ago, if they get this part right then it's okay I guess.Food: 2/5
Brand new refurbish on this store, in fact it's not finished yet. Menu boards aren't up and looks obviously unfinished although they are open for business. Clean modern looking refit but a bit austere looking - needs some artwork etc on the walls. Are burgers were hot and fresh. Chips were extremely fresh, straight out of the fryer and VERY oily. Obviously hadn't had enough drain time. My Latte was excellent and delivered to the table by iling staff. But how come no Decaffeinated coffee? Toilets are ok, clean and bright but urinals have a flush button about 2 metres off the ground, I had to stretch to reach it. Short people haven't got a chance!
