McDonald's

Staff are very very slow in the mornings, The manager included. They were polite though and delivered our order to our table with a smile. Perhaps they had a bad day. Lots of seating which is nice due social distancing. Food was well prepared. A much cheaper breakfast option than most for a breakfast burger bun.

Busy location and it did take a while to get my order my but I got a lot of stuff to be fair. Very friendly staff too. Try the macarons which are definitely not available in the US.

The food was ok, but it couldn't be all the tables are dirty and not being cleaned. Alot of flyers in the restaurants which is disgusting. I feel so bad when I compared the same with another fast food restaurants like burger king or five guys. They're care much in the cleanliness not only the quality of food!

Even though we are talking about a fast food restaurant here, I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were mostly very young and extremely polite. That made the quick stop for a snack very enjoyable.Food: 5/5

Unfortunately, this was the worst McD experience. I went for dinner on Sunday and: the place was super dirty - fries on the floor, tables not clean; the food was frozen - instead of preparing they were getting rid of what was left; and the service was more engaged in having chats in the kitchen then servicing their customers.Food: 1/5

Awful cold food after a 30+ minute wait. Table staff very polite. Yesterday the best McDonalds I have had… today the worst ever. Complaint on its way!!

Oh my ...thanks for the opportunity. I have never in my life seen a filthier place than this one. It really smells. Like sheep. And there s a guy walking arround with a broom, pretending to do the floor cleaning. From time to time they also pretend to clean the tables with a grey dirty sponge and a spray that leaves the tables filthier than before. The chairs are broken. Even afTER the lockdown they never invested in the client s confort. I have NEVER SEEN a place more disgusting than this one.

Can't really comment on that as McDonald's in Mechelen/Belgium doesn't have any vegetarian options so far as we do have in India. But, yes I miss Indian McDonald's here. Vegetarian options: They have only two options in vegetarian: 1 A burger with soy patty and 2 carrots. So, not a good choice for vegetarians.

You have to pay for the toilet even tho you already bought something there but I got something for free so that's good

my order was very very slow even in the morning. there was not more than 5 customers sitting at the tables. Staff does need more energy to work.
