Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. First the woman told us that they are not doing any birthday special although it says in the my maccas app. Then we got our hamburger and it was just a patty inside Lucky we opened it directly at the counter because they were so unfriendly. Wasn't even busy.
Ordered 2 meals for parents and 3 happy meals. Order took 20 minutes to make, some food was ready and sitting on bench for 10 minutes. When I collected food, there was 1 happy meal missing. They also put the wrong meal selected for 1 of the happy meals. So: Had to wait 20 mins for food Order was incorrect Food was cold Not a great experience.
Worst Macca’s I’ve been to. Staff on drive through window not welcoming or friendly just grunts at you. Chicken Caesar came with one piece of chicken & lettuce. No bacon no sauce no croutons. Chicken Mcbites like rocks. Clearly been recooked from earlier. Cheeseburger had what looked remarkably like a bite out of it. If I had time I would of drive straight back and expressed how diabolical it was
Possibly the nicest McDonald’s staff I’ve met anywhere in the world. Don’t know what she was called but she’s ginger and has her hair platted down the back. Amazing personality, I was sat eating my maccies and the way she interacted with people was amazing. Just thought I’d give a review to give her a shoutout! I visited at 17:04 on the 13/01/2022.
Must be the worst McDonald's about, waited ages for order, fillet o fish cheese burger chips and milkshake. Got told have to pay for bbq sauce which is ok, was told not in Australia sarcastic way being from the uk. Opened fillet o fish up and was hard as rock and all dried up probably been cooked for ages and under heat lamp. Took back and was told by the manager that's the way it is, girl assistant said make a fresh one and was shouted down by manager Chinese/Asian guy. And all in front of customers. Refused to do fresh one and basically through money back at me. If he was the manager he definitely needs to learn some customer service skills or he is in the wrong job SHOCKING and in front of a packed shop.
had to wait 10 minutes for my order and when i finally received it, everything was cold, the bun to my burger was rock solid and my drink tasted like water when it was supposed to be a coke. I then tried calling the store 5 times and no reply, i was so upset after paying $50 for my food so i went back down there to get my money back and the manager was so rude and said that all of the employees were in training so its not there fault. The manager then gave me a refund for the burger that had the rock hard bun and gave me another one. she then told me not to come in there ever again and “abuse” her workers, I believe that anyone would’ve reacted the same way or possibly even worse! won’t be coming back.
we could see our order had been ready over 10 minutes and the workers were just chatting and lazing around, meanwhile there were about 3 other customers in the shop who were all waiting a long time aswell. i think the staff here need some better training…
Waited over 10 minutes for ONLY A DRINK! There was a girl made it and then she walked away left my drink there for like 5mins, but there was an old lady in the front. so I went to ask her about my order she gave me the look and ignored racist way. Worst experience ever
No McPlant. Ordered 2 x double filet-o-fish meals and paid, then told by staff they have no fish and are waiting on delivery. Why not grey out the item on the self-service screens then to show it’s unavailable, instead of wasting people’s time? Staff offered to replace the fish with hash browns. In what world is a hash brown in a bun comparable a double filet-o-fish? Laughable.
Seems to be understaffed and not looked after well by the owner multiple broken machines and have been like that for a while now also only 2 staff on at 11pm with a massive pub next to it food was very slow waited 25 minutes for chips and a drink
